Here's an adorable shaker card that I made using a cute kit that I got from Tuesday Morning. I can't recall the maker of this set, if you know, please comment.  It's perfect for a quick and cute set of adorable shaker cards for those anything goes moments that you want to give a dear friend a quick hello.

Flowers for you

Sharing a lovely bouquet of flowers today from Unity Stamps.  I just made ANOTHER order from them, oh I can't resist their variety and wonderful images.  TOO many goodies.  I have been really good this summer at controlling crafting purchases all around though, so two unity purchases in July is pretty good for the whole summer.

Home for the Holidays

Here's another Christmas card that I managed to complete this summer. I must say it may be the last one that I get around to until fall time hits.  I am not usually that crafter who gets the Christmas cards done in the summer, but I did grab a couple cute Christmas theme besties so I just had to make a couple cute cards for July.  This image is img 41797.   I did a non-traditional color set this time, using browns as my primary color set.

Here's a stunning embossed card using wonderful Tim Holtz stamps that Barb, Blue Kube won.  She's using the stamp,die and embossing folder that she won during the Februray celebration. I just adore this cute card that she sent me. how wonderful!  Thank you so much Barb!  I can't wait to see what else  you create.

Mini Calendars

Here's some cute little mini calendars that I made to hand out this year.  I am debating whether or not I will do so much work this coming year. it's just a lot.  I guess I will have to think about it.  I know people at the church will be so disappointed if I don't.  So many of them tell me how much they use those calendars all year long.

Giraffe

Here's a darling image from Unity stamps today. I just love their animal stamps, esp the giraffes, bears, and owls, ohhh, and the elephants.  Eeeek, too many of their adorable animal stamps. Their artists are the best and their rubber is top notch. They recently had a huge summer sale and I managed to get a few (lol FEW), ok a BUNCH of new stamps.

So you will be seeing lots of wonderful Unity stamp cards in the future, not to mention the goodies from their wonderful Kit of the Month club that my husband bought me this year.

Back to the doctor....

Well I am back at the physical therapist AGAIN.  Third time in two years.  This time I have a different therapist.  I am sure she is great. I totally wish my last therapist was still there, but I am guessing that her DH finished his residency and thus took a job as a doctor somewhere causing them to move. At any rate, back to the physical therapist, this time for my left wrist.

I have no idea what is really wrong with it, but it sure does hurt like the dickens, OUCH, even typing on my computer.  Let's hope we can get this under control before school starts up, that means, three weeks!  EEEK.

Christmas in July?

Here's a darling image (Img 4070) from Sherri Baldy that I used to create a simple Christmas card today.  I just love this cute little girl sitting atop her letter for Santa.  Just perfect as a Christmas time card.   Summer is a time when many cardmakers will start up their Christmas card making.  Must admit this is all of ONE for me.....

Owl rather be with you!

Here's the cutest owl card today from artist Gerda Steiner Designs.  She has some darling animal stamps including owls!  (also, too cute Hippos!!)  Hope you love this this sweet card today.  I am getting back to card making this summer as I have pretty much finished all the selling, so now I will have more time for crafting and cleaning (ugh, cleaning). But I need to get some of that done before the school year gets started.

Here's a lovely card I made using a kit from SEI, I just love their wonderful kits.  They have great assortments that they sell on their site for card making in addition to the amazing scrapbooking stuff they are known for.  Here's a great Thank you card for this week as I am posting lovely thanks for all those who have helped me reach my sales goal this summer for next year's vacation.

Sharing a little sexy woman card today, I haven't shared a lot of slinky tarts lately, but I do adore making some VaVaVoom love filled cards for the DH. I hope this one gives him a smile today.  Is it as hot where you are as it is where I am?

It's about 100 deg F with a heat index they are saying is 110Deg.  UGH.  Doesn't make me want to be outside, that's for sure.

This is my last week of sales (crafting items) and I am taking the last couple of weeks off before school starts. I am glad to have earned enough bank to make it possible to have a vacation next year.  Woo Hoo!

Mini calendars

Here's some cute little calendars that I made for handing out last year.  The top two make perfect sense because they are school theme and I hand them out at the job I work (paraprofessional at a local elementary school).  The bottom two, on the left is a cutie from Unity stamps, on the right is an adorable fox, I am not 100% sure but I want to say Darice.   Then again, not sure about that adorable fox stamp.  If you know, please tell me.

My parade

I thought this card was a little bit funny given all the downpour on the 4th of July parade.  But  seriously, I just love the Grumplings from Taylored Expressions.  They are TOO funny.  This card could be perfect for any number of occasions and not have to be literal for that rain on the recent national parade.

Here's my card for the monotone challenge at Unity stamps this week.  I am using a great Dandelion stamp and a matching sentiment, well, I guess this sentiment could be used for anything but it seems to go perfectly with the dandelion.  Their contest is on their facebook group, Unity {show&tell}, just look in their photos section.

Sharing a fun Unity stamps card today with this adorable set.  I just love their cute itty bitty sets.  Made this clean and simple card for my DH.  I added some sweet Turkish lace to it.

Happy July everyone! I can't believe we are on the second month of summer already.  Wow, it is flying by.  Instead of sleeping in and getting rest, I have come down with insomnia and I seem to be sleeping just a couple hours a night everyday.  What's with that?  Come the school year, I am going to be longing for this opportunity to sleep in!!
