And so the Adventure Begins!

Finally, the day has arrived. It's time to catch the plane in Dallas this evening and just 14 hours later I will arrive in Istanbul!  WOW.  I am super excited to be flying business class with Turkish Airlines.  They are quite well known for their service and most especially their food.  YUM.   Their business class is considered super great, like only behind Qatar and Singapore airlines. I hope this trip goes well.
