So, I was presented with a challenge recently, how about you use some wrappers from your Easter candy in a project? This challenge came straight from Lynette, owner of Sweet Pea stamps and got me thinking....why don't I....of course, I had to run out and get some easter candy right away!!
So, here's a little project where I used some Bazzill paisley chipboard and wrapped it in foils from yummy chocolate/caramel eggs. Man, those eggs tasted good. I didn't get no cheap eggs, I went straight to Central Market to get the super nice premium stuff. I mean, when you need inspiration, why not get the best?
I used a wonderful image from artist Elaine Cox called Alice and the Piglet (plate #44) then added a wonderful Happy Easter saying to it from Plate #13. Hope this starts your juices flowing! There's contest on the Sweet Pea Blog, go over there and take the challenge....CLICK HERE!
Be sure to read the post below, new blog candy is coming!!
Project Materials: Cardstock(Bazzill, Neenah); Rubber Stamps (Sweet Pea Stamps); Ink (Memento, Staz-On White); Chipboard (White); Foil Wrappers (choc easter candy); Die Cut (Spellbinders-Nestabilities); Adhesives (Pop dots, Glue All); Color (Copic Markers);
The Bazzill paisley chipboard is wonderful))) Great card!
