Here's a super hot stamp from Unity Stamp company. I figured she would be great for the upcoming 4th of July. I suppose this card doesn't have a sentiment for that, but it is done in red, white, and blue. If only I could end up as tall as this girl looks like she is! I added that sentiment for the hubby, I love you so.
I know many people will be off the rest of the week starting tomorrow. Have a great holiday time. And I will say, that yes, I live in Texas and NO, I don't own a single pair of boots or a buckle or a cowgirl hat. I don't have a horse, I live in a major metropolitan area. I know that when people find out I am from TX, they definitely have an idea of TX life. We have four of the largest cities in the USA, so most of TX people live in big cities, myself included.
OK....on to the blog candy....I am approaching 200,000 visitors! Sounds like an occasion to celebrate! Right now I am hitting 199,000 so just 1000 hits left.....Starting today will be keeping track of commenters through and until I hit the 200,000 mark and winners will get picked from that group! I have lots of great stamps goodies to share. Hopefully I can get a photo up.
Project Materials: Cardstock (Bazzill, Paper Co, Neenah); Image (Unity Stamp Co); Ink (Memento, Colorbox Chalk); Punch (Martha Stewart); Die Cut (Spellbinders Nestabilities); Saying (Cosmo Crickett); Bling (Studio G); Adhesives (Pop dot, Glue all, Glue dots); Color (Copic Markers);

ReplyDeleteOh goodness, Holley! When I first moved to metro Atlanta from Oklahoma, people were constantly asking me if I lived on a farm and knew how to milk cows! Granted I was only in the eighth grade then so the folks asking were about 13 years old, but I thought I was being asked the most stupid questions about living out there...
ReplyDeleteFab image and beautifully coloured Holley,great design.

Fun image - would work with a ton of sentiments and occasions really. So you don't have a single pair of cowboy boots? My 18 year old has a zillion pairs and wears them with dresses (she even wore them with a prom dress -LOL). Fun post Holley. Hugz!
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty card! Our children’s friends thought they’d be riding a horse to school when we moved to Texas. 😉. I think everyone has that image in their mind.
