Happy Monday everyone! It's time this year to get the Squigglefly Challenges going again. I am happy to say that I will still be with Squigglefly for 2014 with my wonderful team! Those ladies are some talented card makers! I am quite honored to work with them all. The first challenge this year is from Rhonda's team and the challenge is a Thank you card with Embossing. I am using a brand new image Nature's Protectors from artist Cheryl Alger. I just love it as the two kids are helping out this bird! I am using an embossing folder in the background and I was careful to let the words "so kind" show as that is just what I think these kids are!
Hope you will join in with us at Squigglefly. You are welcome to use a freebie from the Squigglefly store. The winner must use a stamp from Squigglefly but you can join in using any stamp! Cheers, Holley
Project materials: Cardstock (MAMBI, Bazzill Bling, Neenah); Image (Squigglefly); Ink (Colorbox Chalk); Roses (Unknown); Adhesives (Pop dots, Glue All). Embossing Folder (sizzix);
Very cute! I love the monotone background letting the vibrant coloring in the image really stand out! Your coloring is great! The tiny roses are so sweet!

Holley, this is wonderful. I am going to copy the way you did the bg some day. It really makes the thanks stand out in a different way. This is one of my favorite Cheryl images - they are so cute protecting that nest! You did a fabulous job on this card and I am so glad you hung out with us this week. Hugz!
