You are my Sunshine

Here's an adorable little girl from artist Sherri Baldy.  This cutie is img 524.  Super cute.  She looks like she is off to celebrate and bring some balloons to her friend.  The challenge over at the SSS Challenge blog this week is New Beginnings. This card seemed very fitting for the occasion.
