Outlawz Challenge

Yesterday the challenge got started for the week on Outlawz for the Monday Greetings.  I am using this adorable image from Di's Digi Stamps called A Bouquet of Spring. The challenge this week is to create a card with a song in mind, so I made this fun card for a birthday.  My mother in law's birthday is right around the corner!  I hope she will have the best birthday this year.

    Such a cute image! I'm sure she will love it! Is the sentiment cut with a die, or an electronic cutter?
