Watching Fireworks

Here's an awesome freebie that was given to us this month from The East Wind. The challenge was to create a card using your country's colors. So I colored her up in Red, White and Blue and then created a card in matching colors.  She is looking up in the sky to see the fireworks!  Thanks so much for this awesome image, you can check out her Facebook Page The East Wind and the Sweet Pea stamps Store also sells her images in rubber!

I am going to share this card in the bi-monthly challenge that she has, East Wind Challenge Blog.  Have a great week everyone.  Happy Summer

Cheers, Holley

Project Materials:  Cardstock (Pebbles, DCWV, Neenah); Die Cut (Sizzix); Image (The East Wind); Bling (Grandma's Button Bag, Pebbles); Magic Mesh; Adhesives (Pop dots, Glue dots); Color (Copic Markers);

  1. I really like what you did with the image to make it fit the challenge! I also really like the background! Mesh has always been one of my favorite embellishments. You also used something that looks a bit like buttons on some of the dots. Nice touch!
