I had a friend as a young adult who eventually passed from complications just a few years ago and I currently have a friend with a daughter in quite an awful situation. She just spend several days at children's hospital without meds to see if they could come up with a better treatment plan for her and wouldn't you know it she didn't have a seizure!!!

ReplyDeleteOh my goodness!! those fancy Fibers and Ribbons have me drooling and the assortment of stamps brings tears to my eyes! Happy tears at that!! What a fantabulous assortment of companies represented in the pictures!! Some of my faves are Sheena Douglass, Stampendous, Crafter's Companion and Prima! I love fairies, trees, realistic or cartoon animals, floral and background stamps!! Bildmama is a new one to me but they look like fun stamps! I noticed as I reorganized my stamps last week that I am sorely lacking on kid stamps, winter (not Christmas) themed and sentiment verse stamps!
ReplyDeleteThank you for letting me be a part of this milestone celebration!

Holley, I'm not surprised you do this to make a celebration of life. This bring tears to my eyes and I'm so happy for you that things are going so well. I was surprised to see you are from Austin Texas. My brother and his wife live in Austin and I was down their in Oct 2012 when my sister-in-law had brain surgery to remove a tumor on the top of her head and stayed for awhile to try and help but she was in the hospital so much I went back home and that is in Wisconsin. In March 2013 I went back to help out because my sister was not walking and they where not sure if she would never walk. She is doing therapy today but still not able to walk. I just talked to her and she was in tears she has 3 tumors back again and having radiation hoping that they will go away but I know she does not think that will happen. I look forward to going back to Austin to be with her again and spend some time with her. She was a crafter and loved to create cards but after the surgery she lost all interest in crafting. I wanted to share that with you, I do not know why... I'm on the Outlawz's DT and seen where you posted the information and wanted to check it out. I'm so happy for you and you have my prayers for you to continue being health. God bless you.
ReplyDeleteBy the way this is some CANDY! WOW!!!
Hugs Pat
I think the first thing I would do if I had a pile of stamps like that is to roll in them (like people do with money) and celebrate...LOL that's a huge selection of stamps
ReplyDeleteI am tickled to see so many sentiment sets in there! I have been working on collecting more of those. Maybe I will win some! The candy list looks awesome as usual Holley! I think you, and many lucky winners, are going to have a TON of fun!
