I just had a friend from my church pass away suddenly. He was quite a leader in our congregation. I would say he is about the age of my father. His wife attended my card making class just last week. Sunday he was the man who cooked lunch for the entire congregation.
He will be dearly missed. I never realized how much of an impact he had until he was gone. He works in every aspect of our church on every committee in every group and for everyone. I wish all of his family and especially his wife my deepest condolences. May he be an angel watching over us now.

Oh gosh, what a shock for everyone who knew him. My father passed away suddenly so I know just how devastating sudden loss is.

My deepest condolences. That happened recently here in our church too. I will be thinking of you all. You have created a lovely comfort for his wife though. I know it will touch her heart.
