Here's an awesome image from Bugaboo, she's called Love Angel. I thought this gorgeous angel image would be just perfect for my celebration as well as the current contest over at YSBP. They are having an anything goes contest and you get an extra entry if you use a Bugaboo stamp. I hope you will share a card with them this month.
OK, so just a reminder for the new people, winners will get drawn from the posting yesterday (Feb 1st) all month long, and then winners will get drawn from each daily post....
I ask questions, like today, to help me learn about you, what you like (and perhaps don't like) so if I send you a package perhaps I have something special around here just for you!! So it's definitely to your advantage to take a second and answer the question!!
Question of the day
What's your favorite stamp type? wood mounted, clear mounted, red rubber, digi?
I used to say rubber, but at this stage, I am in between rubber and digi stamps.
How about you?
If you haven't signed up for Feb 1, click HERE and please do!!
want to see some of the prize photos? try HERE and HERE and HERE and HERE
Hmm my favorite must be clear stamps, because you can actually see what you are stamping and you can stamp it exactly where you want them. But I use digis quite a lot too. :)
ReplyDeleteAgain, great coloring and gorgeous card:)
I use any form of actual stamps, red rubber, clear, unmounteds are favored but I do have them with wood blocks too. I still do not use digis, I like actual stamping and I guess the ink in my printer is wrong for them, they smear on me. Love the angel card, it is perfect for this time as you truly blessed.
ReplyDeleteHi Holley gorgeous image and beautiful card.
ReplyDeleteTo answer your question of to day. I love wooden and rubber stamps.......but as thy say it cost more than Clear and digi.
But I use all of these stamps, and with clear stamps you need not so much space also rubber stamps.
But as you know I love all kinds.
Gr Karin
Such a pretty creation :-)
ReplyDeleteI am a great fan of clear clings as I am allergic to rubber. !! LoL I do have lots of rubber stamps but I have to wear gloves to use 'em hee hee xxxx
Holley I forgot to ask must we put a photo on our blog for your months candy?
ReplyDeleteGr Karin
Cute image and lovely creation Holley!
ReplyDeleteI always love to play with clear stamps only and we can see clearly while stamping and not so much costly too!
I don't have a preference between rubber and clear, but I really prefer unmounted. I have REALLY limited storage space now and wood mount just doesn't work well anymore. I have unmounted everything I have. Happy Feb 2nd BTW! Love the angel! Excellent fussy cutting!
ReplyDeleteReally beautiful card and a charming image!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite is a rubber stamp and digital.
Kaija<3
Fabulous card, I love the image and it stands out beautifully on that background.
ReplyDeleteTricky question, all depends on the design and what technique I feel like using but mostly I use clear and digi. Creative Blessings, Tracy x
This is just delightful! RIght now Penny Black has many of my favorite stamps. Love their flowers!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty Holley, love this image. I use a variety of stamps from rubber to digi, it depends on what mood I am in I suppose.
ReplyDeleteHugs

Love the angel card and the stitching around the edge too.
ReplyDeleteI like rubber and clear mounted stamps, not so much wood mounted (due to cost and storage). I've done digi, but prefer stamps.
Virginia Montagna
Gorgeous Angel card, Holley! The stitching is a great touch! Im still loving red rubber stamps, but I do like the good quality clear stamps as well
ReplyDeleteI have that same image and LOVE it! My favorite? Woe, that's hard for me. It would definitely be a toss up between the clear and digi. Either one is fine. Oh dear....I can't decide!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite stamps are clean and rubber. I really don't use Digi images and mounded takes up too much space. But if I really love the image I will purchase mounted stamps.
ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful Holley. I love both digi and rubber stamps.

xx
I'm not fussy with stamps, cling, clear, red rubber, wood mounted. As long as I get clean images I'm happy.
ReplyDeleteLove this card Holley, the image is beautiful and I love how the card is CAS. I prefer clear unmounted stamps but do use digi stamps as well. Take care Hugs Jennifer xxx
ReplyDeleteGreat card Holley. I like Cas and Shabby Chic. Love all stamps but especially clear. xx Jan
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet card Holley. I am like you and used to say rubber, but now more than ever into the digital, I like the that you can change the size of them to suit your needs.
ReplyDeleteProbably my favourite would be clear stamps, I am not a big fan of digital
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card, Holley! I love the CAS style! My favorite stamps are either rubber or digi.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Em x
I like this angel, very pretty. And so is your card.
ReplyDeleteI like clear and rubber stamps the most. I am not too keen of the wood mounted ones or digis.
Love the image. Simple layout works so well for her. Great card.
ReplyDeleteNot fussy. I am into oriental or piggy stamps or stickers. Two years ago I won a Piggy looking over a brick wall. I use it often.
ReplyDeleteHi Holley - I haven't gotten into using digi stamps, yet, but I love rubber stamps - clear, polymer, wood mounted, unmounted - I love them all. I especially like the stamps with matching framelits, to cut them out so perfectly! The girl stamps with the matching dies look very intriguing.

Hi Holley this is a stunning card that is a gorgeous image you have used. Take care. Hugs Jackie
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet card! I love the gray background and beautiful coloring. My favorite stamp type is either rubber or clear mount. I never use digis because I don't have a printer right now.
ReplyDeleteCute card. I rarely use gray so it is good to see something done with it. Made me think about using it.
ReplyDeleteHi Holley that is a pretty image. I am old fashioned and like red rubber, although I tend to use unmounted or cushion mounted stamps on acrylic blocks. It's so much easier to store without the blocks. Not really into digi's. Hugz
ReplyDeleteAdorable card Holley. I love this image, I never would have guessed bugaboo for it. I love their pet images too. Digi is good for me. :)
ReplyDeleteA lovely CAS card Holley. The angel is so sweet.
ReplyDeleteI do love digi stamps as they can be resized to suit a card. For physical stamps I like to work with clear acrylic stamps as I can see through them for easy placement xx
Lovely angel beatiful card i like colors.I love stamps rubber or digi.
ReplyDeleteSuch a sweet card! We all need to remember we are blessed. I love clear mounted stamps. Have a blessed day! Hugs, Robin
ReplyDeleteThat card is the cutest and your coloring skills are amazing. My favorite type of stamp is clear ones, because I can actually tell where I'm stamping. I don't use digi stamps but you do a beautiful job with them.
ReplyDeleteSuch a sweet image, Holley! I like your CAS style here! As for your question, my preference is clear stamps, especially those with coordinating dies. I missed your post yesterday so I'll go check it out now. Thanks so much, Holley!
ReplyDeleteClear and red rubber are my favorite type of stamps!
ReplyDeleteI love this cute card! TFS!
Beautiful card. I love al type of stamps. Red and clear first than digi's.

ReplyDeleteOh wow, I love this little lady! She is absolutely adorable.
ReplyDeleteMy favourite stamps are clear mounted as I find them easiest to position for masking. x

For me, rubber stamp is the best, but in this time I gladly work with digi stamps. I can adjust the size, orientation...
ReplyDeleteMarjeta
Beautiful card Holley, the angel is lovely. I like to use digi stamps most of all and have lots of clear stamps too. Cathy x
ReplyDeleteSuch a cute card Holly. The Angel is so precious. I like rubber and clear stamps best. I tried to jump on the Digi band wagon and fell off. Not having a computer really has put me back the last few years.
ReplyDeleteSuch a sweet card, Holley. Storage has become a problem for me, so I prefer clear stamps. I love having the ability to restamp them perfectly using a Misti. I also love digis for the ability to resize.
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet card. I love the cute image. I have really been liking clear stamps lately.
ReplyDeleteI love stamps and dies. But I love winning more. Glad you are better.
ReplyDeleteShe is so sweet and magical!!
ReplyDeletecute card Holley, she is indeed magical!!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite stamp, hmmmmm at the moment rubber stamps, but I use most of the time digi's.clear stamps are easy too, but not the quality of rubber :D
This is such a sweet card with a beautiful image. I am a beginner when it comes to coloring and usually like rubber or clear stamps that don't require too much of it. I haven't tried digital stamps because I love working with ink and paper.
ReplyDeleteI do like red rubber. my style is vintage to quirky just not real cute. I'm not a big fan of stickers but recently have tried out rub-ons...I like rubber stamps and stencils the best.

I like clear because they are so easy to use with the Misti. I have a lot of stamps. My favorite new technique is stamping through a stencil.
ReplyDeleteHolley I love your card, and love angels stamps! I used all of the different stamps types, Am I addicted, maybe! I like red rubber best I guess.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card Holley...I am new to stamping and I like clear stamps...
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet image.I like both... own more digi seeing they take up no space
ReplyDeleteAwesome card Holley, isn't it the truth!! (your saying says it all!!)
ReplyDeleteI love this image and have used her myself! Great card with just her and the sentiment ... Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteNice card!! My fave stamp is clear mounted...
ReplyDeleteI still like rubber but the clear stamps take up less space and work on the positioning boards like the Misti
ReplyDeleteLove this card and sentiment. I like stamps that are not wood mounted. Polymer takes a little treatment to stamp clear, but still works. I love digi stamps. They offer so much more flexibility in size. Depending on the artist's policy, they can offer other flexibility as well.
ReplyDeleteMy FAV is digi, but second is clear polymer.
ReplyDeleteLove love love this image.
