Let them eat cake!

Here's a fun card I created using some wonderful papers from Paper Temptress in combination with some Lace I got in Istanbul and a great stamp from Lili of the Valley.

The base of the card is a wonderful brilliant yellow infused with Mica that just shines in flecks all over, it's called Mangue Sparkle.  I layered the ribbon on a small strip of basis black card stock.  I printed out the image on Neenah Solar White Classic Crest card stock and then layered it on Black Glossy paper, which just shimmers.
