Card Making Contest and Celebration!!
In addition to handing out goodies everyday, it's Time to have a contest using some great stamps from my dearest friend, Sandra Caldwell! This is the only contest of the month. (Note, there's also blog candy for today just for leaving a comment, that's separate from the contest)
We are having a wonderful contest with LOTS of prizes. There are there stamps on sale, you can get them and create a card. The winners will be chosen in many different categories including, Sandra Caldwell's Favorite, Holley's favorite in each of the three stamps, Top three, John's Favorite, and MORE!! some prizes are DIGI stamps from Sandra Caldwell's store, many and most prizes are items that will get mailed to you. So play along. You can enter one card for each of the three images for a total of THREE cards per person
The contest will run until the 25th and the winners will be announced on the 26th. There are three wonderful stamps that you can get in Sandra Caldwell's Etsy store, Babycakes DND they are:
During the month I will show my cards with each image as reminders. You can click the name under each image to go to the store and get the stamp. All of the stamps have been put on sale from Sandra! WOO HOO! I'd love for you to join. You can make any handmade item with the stamp. I can't wait to see what you make.
If you don't have a blog or have ANY trouble uploading your cards or need a place to post your cards, you can simply email me--htondre@aol.com and I will be happy to make sure your cards are entered into all the contests!
Question of the day, do you use digi stamps? I can send both digi stamp prizes as well as mailed prizes to the same winner. Note: a winner will be drawn from the Question of the day answers, separate from the contest prizes
Did you sign up on the previous days? Be sure to leave a comment on the Feb 1st, winners are chosen from that day each day of the month. No winners have been chosen from Feb 2nd-3rd yet, so you can also go comment there if you haven't yet.

I love the hippo card. I have never used digi's. I always see so many cute digi images. I love holding the rubber stamp and stamping it!
ReplyDeleteI don't have a printer right now so I can't use digi stamps myself, but I love how you use them in your cards . I like the feel of using a physical stamp, and like the option of just stamping in a bold color without having to color it in if I'm short on time.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute card. I do use digis.
ReplyDeleteYes I use digital stamps. I have issues with tremors in my hands, so I have to be particular with the designs I chose. I love the hippos line dancing like the Rockettes.
ReplyDeleteA brilliant card and a friend of mine would love it as shess mad about hippos. And dont do digis cos printer not set up!!!!
ReplyDeleteYes, I use both kinds of stamps. From Austin
ReplyDeleteGreat card Holley! I do use digis but prefer normal stamps if I had the option. I think it depends if the stamp suits my style. Shabneez x
ReplyDeleteCute card. I haven’t used digital stamps as of yet. These images are cute for sure.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing.
Candy.
Another adorable card from you Holley! I don't use digi stamps because I am terrible when it comes to coloring, eek!
ReplyDeleteLove these images. Hope to enter the contest. Yes! I do use digi stamps. They are easy to resize and they take up no space for storage. Lol. I have lots of digits in my library. Hugs
ReplyDeletethat card is too funny!!
ReplyDeleteI use digi's, but i tend more to rubber lately.
Another simply awesome card Holley!
ReplyDeleteOMG I love digi’s there are so many different varieties of them!
Love Sandra’s stamps, I will try and enter
ReplyDeleteI am not a digi stamper. I like to make cards and scrapbooks with paper, inks, and stamps. I like to get messy! I also don't have a printer.
ReplyDeleteCute card==I use digi cards as well as rubber stamps.
ReplyDeleteLove Sandra Caldwell work. The Chorus line hippos are adorable. I do use digital images as well as actual stamps. Both are fun.

I love Sandra Caldwell's stamps. They always make me smile.
ReplyDeleteI do not use digistamps at all. I like playing with ink too much! :)
I have never used digi stamps before. I would have to learn more about it and see if my printer would work to print them out.
ReplyDeleteLove the sweet chorus hippos in your fab style! Unfortunately, I never used Digi stamps, I love to play with clear or rubber stamps!
ReplyDeleteYour card is great, just brings a smile to anybody's face. I do use digi-stamps, probably more than rubber or clear stamps, although I do have a collection of them as well.
ReplyDeleteGG
I love 'em all! Those dancing hippos are just so happy!
ReplyDeleteso cute card!
ReplyDeleteI have never tried digi stamps
ReplyDeleteWell you KNOW I love digis, especially Sandra's. I'll be entering here, for sure! xxD
ReplyDeleteCute card...I don't use digi stamps...
ReplyDeleteHolley, such a good celebration! This was FUN!
ReplyDeleteI'm pretty new to using digis, but I love what I've seen people do with them! Great that you can resize them as you want! I need to get more practice using them!
ReplyDeleteDigi stamps, no I'm not very fond of them. I like to see, feel and hold the real thing! BTW. Lot that trip on your card
ReplyDeleteI used to use digis when I was spoiled with access to a laser printer but now with my inkjet, I've not done any. Super cute stamps, tho, especially the hippos.
ReplyDeleteI do not use digital stamps, even though I've seen some beautiful projects with them. My coloring skills are not very good so I try to stick to regular stamping and die cutting.
ReplyDeleteI do not use digis except for coloring classes as Kit and Clowder. Her classes are strickly online so images have to be sent digi.
ReplyDeleteI only use digi stamps now. Even my sentiments are made on the computer and printed out. I love Sandra's images, so I'm off to her shop now! Whee!
ReplyDeleteI love working with digis stamps. For me, it gives me more options, since if it depended only on the rubber seals it could not have so much diversity
ReplyDeleteI love the flexibility of digital stamps. I use them more often than rubber/poly stamps.
ReplyDeleteI love your card. Such a cute image, too.
Oh, I just LUV those Hippos. :-) xx
ReplyDeleteI don't use digi's. Cute images though. Love real stamps and dies. Hugz
ReplyDeleteAdorable card! Yes indeed! I use lots of digis! I hope I am able to join in! xxx
