Guest Designer Scarlett

Here's a wonderful creation from Scarlett using a stamp that she won during the Februrary card making contest with Sandra Caldwell's images.  She got this awesome image and created this wonderful Journal Page.  I just love her coloring, her die cut and the background.  Check out her awesome blog HERE
