Lady Crimson

Sharing this lovely image from artist Victoria Thorpe today.  I just love her lady images.  I did this up as a valentine theme image.  I added some wonderful Turkish Lace to go with it.  I love using digi stamps that I can print up and make any size I want.  There's all sorts of fabulous artists like Victoria Thorpe on Etsy.  Don't you love this stamp?

Question of the day, ???

do you use digi stamps?  I have both digi and rubber stamp prizes and can sent both to the same person

Personally I love digi stamps.  I can size them to any size, save them on my computer with a backup on my USB drive.  They don't take up as much space, lol.

You can check the current winner list HERE!
Currently no prizes for Feb 2nd-5th contest, go back and comment there if you haven't yet!

  13. Awesome card! I just recently got into using digital stamps in the last few months and really like the versatility in resizing, layering, and grouping them. But I still prefer rubber stamps, as my printer is very fussy when it comes to printing my digis on certain cardstocks.

  14. That's a wonderful card! I do use digis but not really a fan of them since I don't have a printer. I prefer clear stamps the most :)

I feel the same about digi papers - my 'collection' is growing! They are so easy to use and resize, and of course I never run out of my favourites!

  21. I love your card. That lace is beautiful.
I like both digi and physical, but have been using more of the physical stamps lately. I love being able to make the digi stamps whatever size I want and print as many as I want all at once.

  33. No, I don't use digital stamps because my computer skills don't include working with images. I like the process of using stamps and ink, and it doesn't involve any technical knowledge. I really admire you crafters who can digi stamp and scrap, and your digital stamped cards area always gorgeous.

  36. I love your card and as always your coloring is great. Another great image. I have never bought a digi stamp. I am not sure if our printer can handle cardstock. I really do love that the image can be any size ...I just recently found this out!

  37. Hot Valentine Card and I use both digital and Rubber but find I love the smaller stamps as I only make cards :)

  38. I have had trouble printing digi stamps and am only able to print one in the middle of a 8 1/2 x 11 inch neenah so there is always a big waste of paper and printing over and over if it didn't go well for the first printing. Hate all of the trouble it causes. I'd rather just use my MISTI and stamp it out the way I want it. Also can mask and re-stamp to do layers. I mix images and that is why I like clear or rubber better.
