Here's a card using one of my favorite artists at Unity stamps, Lisa Glanz. I just adore her images. This one is super cute. I am also using some wonderful butterfly lace from Turkey. Usually I cut that lace into individual butterflies and put them on my cards, but I think this looks perfect just they way it is.

ReplyDeleteLove your card Holley, Lisa Glanz is one of the Unity artists I really want to collect more of. That butterfly lace is so special. Have room in your luggage to take me on the next trip? :) Don't like....hmmm...well, I can't think of anything. Weird. Thanks for asking!
ReplyDeleteOhhh how cute! I love all stamps! I don't dislike any!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful lace you use on your card and I love every stamp theme...
ReplyDeleteooh, I just love this cute card with the two little critter friends! As far as stamps I don't usually use, I guess it would be religious ones, images that are too cartoon-like, and stamps that require a lot of coloring because I am terrible at coloring! One of these days I'll learn how to color realistic people but I'm not there yet.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely adorable image Holley. I can see why the designer is one of your favourites. I'm not so keen on oddball type people images.
ReplyDeleteSo adorable, Holley, and I LOVE the butterfly lace! I have been so impressed with your use of lace! As for your question, I don't care for gnomes, Halloween, or sexy images, just not for me. I think anything else would be wonderful! This must be such a fun month for you as you will be sending joy to so many of us, we all love receiving happy mail! Your generosity is amazing!
ReplyDeletesuch a sweet card dont like much steampunk
ReplyDeleteLovely image on your card. I don't like "scary" stamps. I can't use them because I make rather positive and happy cards.
ReplyDeleteHi Holley this is a stunning card. That image is just so cute and the lace is beautiful. Have a good day. Take care. Hugs Jackie
ReplyDeleteI love the row of lace butterflies. You can never have too many butterflies. I love all kinds of stamps. There's always something else to learn how to do with them. If only there was unlimited crafting time!
ReplyDeleteCute card. I really like the lace. The only occasion I don’t usually send cards for is Dia de los Meurtos.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful card. I love the sweet image. I'm mostly not into coffee/tea themed, steampunk or day of the dead.
ReplyDeleteI love that butterfly lace. I do not like steam punk images and would never use them. I realize some people like it but not me!
ReplyDeleteHi Holley, can you tell me if you are using two different grays and two different browns here of markers? Or do use a light gray marker over everything for shading? or perhaps something else? Love the look here, would love to know your tip.
ReplyDeleteThanks Sher
I am using c0 to c5 grey and three shades of brown

Love your card Holly. I don't like scary images.
ReplyDeleteAdorable card! I love this image and what a beautiful lace design. I don't like creepy or weird images except with Halloween stamps.
ReplyDeleteOh what a sweet card Holley! While I love when others do critter or people cards, I don't use critters or people much in my cardmaking. I think I am intimidated on coloring them.
ReplyDeleteHolley- love the butterfly lace!!! I don’t make Christmas cards, so that is the one theme that I don’t need! Although, I do like them!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous coloring and lace, Holley! I do like any Halloween, nor skulls, or angry things.
ReplyDeleteI love that black lace!
ReplyDeleteMy least favourite stamp is tress.
You must have an endless variety of lace in all colors! Love this sweet little card Holley. I don't use Day of the Dead, sexy images, or religious sentiments. Otherwise, I'm willing to try it all!
ReplyDeleteSince I suffer from hayfever, that image of the little bear sniffing the flower almost made me sneeze, lol. I am looking forward to warmer spring weather and flowers in bloom however.
ReplyDeleteI can't color people very well, so I steer clear of most of them, although I do like whimsical people images that are cute. I also don't use images with alcohol, but I like tea and coffee themes, retro and vintage images (like the old style TV stamp and cut set that I spied). Other than that, I am willing try most stamps, even if they make me stretch.
Thank you for asking Holley.
These stampsset is gorgeous, love her images!!
ReplyDeleteI never use religious stamps.
So sweet and this special lace...
ReplyDeleteI don't like scary images and I use very religious images very rarely.
Hugs xx

What a cute card. I only do halloween for my DTs. Not into it here in Australia much, so I would not send any Halloween cards to anyone.
ReplyDeleteI love love love the image of the mouse and bear. It is so cute. Your card is wonderful and the butterfly lace not cute apart is so pretty and really stands out. Great happy card! I love everything and maybe not as much into hmmm I really can't think of anything!
ReplyDeleteThis card is stinking cute! Not interested in Halloween. I'd love to have a turkey stamp for Thanksgiving cards for church shut-in people.
ReplyDeleteOooh, cool card and that butterfly lace is just awesome. I love weird, and animals, but not so keen on flowers. Those halloween llama stamps you showed in January sre really cool. Love anything Frankenstein. Hugz
ReplyDeleteSo much cuteness in that card. Do not really have any least favorite stamps for now as I like to try out everything since I am not an experienced crafter yet.
