Sometimes

I thought this Unity stamp and matching sentiment was perfect for the thanksgiving theme of this month. "Sometimes when things are falling apart, they may actually be falling into place. "  Now isn't that the truth sometimes?  Many of the times we don't realize that is happening, but all the sudden we see the light at the end of the tunnel and realize what is coming.  

For me that was about 4 months after surgery.  The first time I felt any glimmer of hope that the surgery was working.  I can remember running all over the house looking for my husband to tell him I felt better.  Not better than yesterday, not better than last week, but BETTER, better than I had felt in YEARS, better than I could even remember.  It was a real epiphany.

    Oh, I love this beautiful card and I love your story of recovery after your surgery. Sayings like this are a graat way to reminding us that everything takes time, and that our plan may not be the only plan there is for ourselves.
    My favorite colors right now are coral and teal.

    Beautiful card, Holley....and such a great message! Your coloring is gorgeous and I do love that pretty lace!
    I love all colors....and my favorite color changes around a lot!! But my perennial faves are pink, purple, fuchsia, teal, turquoise, silver, and gold...think jewels and precious metals!

    Such a beautiful card and sentiment. I love how cactus make the number 11. I don't think I have a favorite color for card making. I was looking at my feed and I use lots of colors. I guess I favor saturated colors rather than pastels. Thanks for sharing your story.

    Beautiful card, beautiful sentiment, beautiful story! So glad your recovery has gone so well. Jewel tones are my favorite, but I use all colors, as long as I have coordinating ones to combine them with.

    Beautiful card! It's so wonderful that you remember when you started feel hopeful. I'll bet it's a great feeling. I use all different colors when crafting but love greens, browns and teals.

    Cute card. My favorite colors are in the red family: red, pink, burgundy. I tend to gravitate toward items in those colors.

    Favorite colors: aqua and red. I guess it kind of changes depending on the season. Fall is my favorite time of the year, so I love all the fall colors too.

    Amazing card. My first reaction was EXACTLY!! We dont always realize at first when it starts raining and then pouring.... and falling apart... But then it hits us like a mac truck... that light at the end of the tunnel. BOOM! there it is... My favorite color is Teal. I love using purples and bright pinks together as well as blues and Teal. I do like rustic looks too. So I tend to use those colors also.

    Another beautiful card Holley. It just fills my heart to imagine how wonderful you felt when you realized that the surgery worked. My favorite colors are blue and deep red. I've also been liking different shades of green lately, which I never did.

    Oh this is a pretty card. Love the colors that you used for her skin. I don't really have favorite colors, or maybe they just change all of the time. For some reason yellow has always been in the back of my mind. I would love to have a yellow house.
