Along Came a Spider Easel Card

 Here's a card that pops open and stands up (i.e. an easel card).  This gorgeous image is from artist Mitzi Sato-Wiuff of Scrapbook Stamp Society.  The image is called Along came a Spider.  I colored her up in yellowish greens from Copic and then used Bazzill papers to match.
Here's a close up of the image itself.  Totally gorgeous.

Drop by the challenge this week and create your own card for the contest. The winner will get a huge gift card to the SSS store so play along.  Create your own easel card just like I did here.  What a great project to make for the summer time.

Project materials:  Cardstock (Bazzill, Neenah, DCWV); Image (Scrapbook Stamp Society--Addicted to Stamps); Die Cuts (Marianne Die Cuts, LifeStyles, Memory Box); Adhesives (Pop dots, Glue All, Glue dots); Buttons (Grandma's Button  Bag); Saying (JoAnns); Color (Copic markers);
