Swinging Cutie

This is just one of the cutest little girl images from Sandra Caldwell.  She's brand new to the store this Friday, Babycakes DND on Etsy.  This darling girl is named Swinging Cutie 1318.  I added some gorgeous lace from Turkiye and some wonderful bling from Queen & Co.  I thought this darling heart from Jolees matched perfectly along with a tiny I love you sign.

Where do you get your supplies from online? Locally?

On-line I have a couple groups I like to buy off of on Facebook, I also use Blitzy when they have the right price, ScrapbookPal with their great minimum shipping; Locally we don't have many stores left except the big box stores like Michaels or Hobby Lobby

CLICK HERE if you need to sign up on Feb 1 where prizes get drawn from Daily.  The winner list has now been started!!  Check for it HERE!!

  1. oh, what a cute little girl!!! I like the lace you added here- this looks so gentle..
I don't get anything online - it is too expensive to me.. I mostly use the handmade paper and I colour the images with watercolour pencils.. I wish I could but something online.. but my pocket is too poor.. :)

  7. Oh, this one is a cutie. I can think of quite a few sayings to go with her. I don't get many supplies online. I buy from a local store or SU.

  8. I generally only shop the box stores. Occasionally Amazon. Shipping costs are so prohibitive for most shops. I also don't really have anything g in the atra other than the box stores.
BTW, that lace makes me drool...

  12. That really is a cute card and I love seeing the trims you brought back from Turkey. I do most of my shopping at Michaels these days but I still love online vendors like Frantic Stamper etc and I do keep an eye on eBay and Amazon.

  13. She is totally precious Holley and I love your colors and design. Still drooling over all that gorgeous lace from Turkey. Our small local stores are all gone too, but we do have all the big box stores, a new Michael's right in Livermore. I do like to shop online, but I have waiting and paying for shipping. xxD

  16. I'm LOVING that gorgeous lace!! So pretty with the touch of purple too! Cute image too!
As for my supplies, I support Local scrapbook stores 1 and 2 hours away, or further. I go to Expo's and my biggest place is biyearly Scrapbook Garage sales!! For new supplies, I tend to need tools so ship direct from Cricut, or MarkerPop for my Misti. Michaels and Joanns if I am really in need of something.

I have not ordered any for a long time, the stuff is too much.
At one time I ordered from Holland.
Quite small I bought a local craft store.
    Punches, for example.

  20. Great card Holley and I do love that heart you added ...
I usually shop Hobby Lobby because they are family owned but there are a few on-line I check into for sales or if I am looking for something specific.
    Thanks for sharing!

  21. Love the pink & purple combo you used and Sandra's images are always cute. Great lace you used on this card.
I hope at Michaels & Walmart for supplies like glues, tapes, etc. Have lots of other supplies to last forever. I do shop online at Paper Wishes.com. Like their technical how-to DVD's.

  22. Wonderful card.
We only have Michael's, JoAnn's and Hobby Lobby, so I get the basics there, but for my stamps, etc... I shop at Oozak, Simon Says Stamp or directly through the stamp company.

  30. I buy most of my supplies at Michaels or JoAnn Crafts, or online at Amazon. Wish we had even more local craft stores but then I'd be shopping every day!

    ReplyDelete
  31. We've lost all of our local craft stores, except for Michaels Crafts, so that's where I usually go for basics. I also order a lot online, with different stamp manufacturers, Amazon, and Consumer Crafts. Love your adorable card and that lace is gorgeous!

  32. Such a cute card, Holley. I love that little heart you added. Yes. In answer to your question, yes. I buy everywhere, LOL!

  33. I really like the way you combined the stamp, pre-made embellishment, and beautiful lace on this adorable card. I buy my supplies in a lot of different places, including online and locally. Most of my supplies come from Michaels or JoAnn crafts because I can get it without paying shipping, but they don't have everything I want.

  34. I buy everywhere, including eBay. Tuesday Morning is also a good place for art supplies. Cute card!

  37. There is a place called Craft Outlet close to my new home and I am now addicted to that place. It is an outlet for a national distributor so there are all kinds of goodies.

  39. The card is sooo cute! :)
Hmm.. I usually buy online since we don't have many crafting stores with the suplies I would like to have. :)

  40. Lovely card. The lace you used on it is gorgeous! We don't have any "real" craft stores in the area, but two of the stores ha e some craft supplies for sale occasionally and I buy those if there is anything I like. Otherwise I go to one of the big craft stores when I am in one of the big(ger) cities or I order stuff online from one of our online craft shops

  41. Cute card, Holley! I really love your lace! So pretty! I tend to buy everything online except for my Dollarama stash. There are no craft stores around here. Simon Says Stamp has reasonable shipping costs to Canada and there's usually a $5 coupon, so I stick with them. I have shopped other places occasionally but I have only a very small shopping budget.

  42. Such a cute card. I love the lace. I do most shopping online. I have a lot of stash I'm trying to use up so I try to stay away from the big box craft stores in town.

  43. Cute card and image!!!!I am a big clearance shopper myself. I am not very rich, as many times as ive tried to win the lottery, :) so I shop clearance at places like Joanne or Michaels and if I do shop online it's with blitsy usually when they have great deals or sometimes if I find other stores having a great deal. Just depends.

  49. Pretty card, Holley. Looks like you still have plenty of lace you bought when you visited Turkey! LOL I haven't really bought any supplies for almost a year. Both hubby and I lost our jobs and he became disabled, so our focus is on keeping the house, etc. But when I need adhesives I go to Michaels or Hobby Lobby, sometimes even Joanns Fabrics.

  50. There are no local stores around me and i am housebound so all my shopping is done online unless I have to go to an out of state doctor's appointment. Then I get to go to Micheal's and am in my glory!

  51. Holley, what a wonderful card! Her images are awesome! Love all of your Die Cuts. I have problems finding just the right ones!!! Yours is beautiful and the coloring is awesome. I like using the small on-line stores as well when I can.
