Here's the cutest image from a store called Enchanted School on Etsy. She has this Cute Digi set that I will be giving away this month and I just adore her images. I colored this girl up in copic markers and used some great Turkish lace and prima flowers to go with her.
If you get a chance to look at her store, I also adore this cute Mermaid stamp set she has in addition to the four girl stamp set that this image comes from. This cute image set will be the prize that I give out (the entire four image set).
Question of the day: what is your favorite card theme?
for me, my favorite theme is probably just everyday cards, but I also love to make Halloween cards, I am sure that's a surprise; I also have started doing more and more birthday cards as I work at a school now with lots of other people. But I do love to make the Halloween cards, esp with skulls (lol, must be my brain fascination)

ReplyDeleteAdorable! My favorite cards to make are just because. I love making cards that are for no other reason than to put a smile on the recipients face. Many times that is the brightest spot in someone’s day and knowing I made that happen is so rewarding! TFS!

This image is really cute. My favorite cards toads are a tie between Christmas and general ones. I try to stock pile generic cards that can then be turned into, birthday, thinking if you, thank you, etc. the only specific ones I keep on hand are sympathy as I find them hard to do when I need one for a certain person, so I make several at a time ready for me whenever I need one.

Hi Holley, really cute card which is perfect for a little girl birthday. I stamp for all holidays and birthday, sympathy and wedding. I like to make all kinds of cards, but I love when I can make them funny or punny. Laughter is the shortest distance between two friends, so might as well share some in a card.

ReplyDeleteI like to make cards without a sentiment on the front so that it can be used for just about anything. For specialty cards though, Christmas first then Halloween.

Awwww, this is simply adorable and I love the combination of lace, sweetness and flowers! My favorite type of cards to make are probably birthday cards because you can go with any theme or design. I like to gear them toward the recipient's interests and make them as personal as I can.

ReplyDeleteI love your card, she is adorable. I love making backgrounds using different techniques. Then when I need something different, I use one of my backgrounds. My favorite right now is using alcohol inks and Yupo paper

ReplyDeleteThis is the cutest ever! My two girls have hooded sweatshirts that look like this and I always love how they look. My favorite kind of card to make is Christmas or birthday cards but I also like to make thank you cards. Anything with a cute or pretty image makes me want to stamp!
