Here's an adorable image from Penny Black from her Mimi stamps in Paris theme. While visiting family this Christmas in Iowa I learned that one of my nieces just loves Paris. I had given her a set of stickers and a little book that she could decorate. She made me a darling little handmade card. When I got home I cut her a bunch of Eiffel tower die cuts and gathered some assorted Paris theme items to send, along with this card. Also while we were crafting together I was able to show her my sister and her husband who happened to be celebrating Christmas in Paris that year.
Be sure and leave a comment today for the blog candy drawing. If you haven't been commented each day, go back starting on Feb 1st and leave comments on the other days this month as the drawings haven't happened yet....and you have until this evening before new drawings happen!!
So, have you ever been to Paris? I have not. The only place that I have traveled to is Istanbul. It was wonderful, I highly recommend it and I would go back there again, any time that I could. I would love to hear where you guys have gotten to travel.
This is adorable and I know your niece will love it! The image is so cute! Love the Eiffel Tower! No, I have not been to Paris. I have travelled to New Brunswick and PEI (Canada) and extensively around Nova Scotia, the province where I live. I've also been to Maine and New Hampshire, that's it. Not a big traveller!

ReplyDeleteGreat card and love the die cut Eiffel Tower. I've been on an Alaskan and Carabbean cruise, I was born in IN and have been back there and to MI where my sister lives. When I was younger I went to TX and over the border near Brownsville, TX to Mexico.just to shop. Also spent a week in AZ over Christmas to visit relatives. Our budget is limited now for any traveling.

Very cute card. It it has everything I think of when someone talks about Paris. I have never gone to Paris. The furthest I have ever been is the Bahamas.
ReplyDeleteAdorable card. I know you niece just loved it. Its wonderful when we find what kids like and can inspire them to create. I adore the Eiffel tower die too. It's so pretty. I've never been to Paris. I did get to go on a cruise years back. Because of the storms we did miss one of our stops. But Jamaica was wonderful. Everything was so green and the ocean was beautiful. We actually went horse back riding and got to at one point ride the horses in the ocean. It was neat. Surely I would go back and explore more.

Hopefully you and your niece will get to Paris one day x

This is sooo cute!!!! Love it! I went to Paris when I was a senior in High School on a citywide school trip with kids that studied French. I wish I had kept up with the French after graduation, but unfortunately I didn't and can't speak it anymore. I still like to travel but now a days my travel consists of family road trips across the USA.
