Here's the cutest brand new Sandra Caldwell image. This fun image is called Peek A Boo Wabbit 227. We just started up Round 3 of our progressive challenge on the Sandra Caldwell stamp fans page on Facebook. Everyone who played the earlier rounds is getting a freebie to play this round and I can't wait to see what they make with it. You will get to see my card with the new image SOON.
Do you make holiday cards? which holidays?
As I am sure many of you know Halloween is big for me, I don't know if it's because I like skulls or if my fav colors are orange (or maybe my fav things are because I like Halloween, hmmm); I will usually do one or two for the other holidays, mostly if I have companies that I work for who request them.
Have you seen the winner list? It's being updated daily now, CHECK HERE!
Also, if you didn't comment on Feb 1st, be sure and go back to that day to comment, prizes are still be drawn from Feb 1st and grand prizes will get drawn from there.
not only do I love this image, but I adore those fun felt embellies!
ReplyDeleteI love to make holiday cards, mainly Christmas, as I do those all year long. :)
hope your week is off to a grand start!
Wonderful, love all the felt embellishments too!
ReplyDeleteI love to make Holiday cards, as I am Indian and Diwali is the biggest festival in India, so I created a lot and also love to make Christmas cards too!
Wonderful creation and i love those pink colored felt flowers!
ReplyDeleteI love to make Holiday cards for Christmas and As an Indian, Diwali cards too!
I make cards for all the holidays, but Christmas is my favorite.
ReplyDeletebeautiful card Holley.
ReplyDeleteyes I made a lot of christmas cards, and the other holidays only for DT work.
hope you have resieved my Valentine card.
Gr Karin
That wabbit is so cute! Great coloring. I do most holdiays but some holidays I send more cards than others. My kids and FIL get one for every holiday. I guess Christmas would be my biggest. I make about 60 cards for Christmas. Happy week!
ReplyDeleteThe little bunnies you used on your card are adorable. They made me smile. :)
ReplyDeleteI like making cards for holidays, especially for Christmas, as that's my favourite holiday. We don't really celebrate Halloweeen here, so I usually don't make cards for that.
Hugs! xx
What a cute bunny :D, love flowers on this card.
ReplyDeleteI make Christmas and Easter cards for family and friends, Halloween is not celebrated in my country, but I made few Halloween themed cards
Great card Holley love the peeking bunny and your felt flowers are gorgeous. Hugs Jennifer xx
ReplyDeleteGreat card with lovely flowers.
ReplyDeleteThis is adorable and my favourite colour! Please share where you got the felt flowers - did you make them? I love them! Also love the shiny bunnies you added with the flowers! I love this card! Bunnies are one of my favourite animals!
ReplyDeleteAs for holiday cards, the most I make would be for Christmas and I make them all year long, with a goal of 2 per month. I made a few Valentines just for hubby (2 from me and one from the cats). I don't do Easter cards but I might make a few for hubby. I don't make Thanksgiving cards as this is not a card-giving holiday here in Canada. I make several Halloween cards for hubby - it's a great holiday for cat images, and he loves Halloween cards! Great question again today!
I did get those felt flowers at Michaels craft store a while back. They are so cute.
DeleteSuch fun! I make mostly thank you cards
ReplyDeleteSuch a comical card! Love it!
ReplyDeleteCute card... Love the flowers and metal bunnies. I make cards for most holidays, primarily for the kids in the family. I work on Christmas cards year-round.
ReplyDeleteThis card is adorable...and in my favorite pallet! I agree that the flowers and bunnies are absolutely cute!
ReplyDeleteI have made Christmas cards in the past. I have made cards for a lot of holidays in the past. Mostly I make cards for birthdays and thank you though. I also really enjoy making invitations I have found. I just started the design process for my oldest son's wedding invitations etc. and I am having so much fun with it!
What a cute new image! Love the felt flowers, you've added too. I make cards for almost every holiday. However, I rarely send them (MY BAD! LOL) xxD
ReplyDeleteThis is so adorable!!!
ReplyDeleteLOVE these big bunny ears and the felt embellies are sweet!
ReplyDeleteI make cards for most holidays but Christmas and Birthdays are my top 2 holiday cards! I think that Just Because should be a daily holiday and I send MANY of these cards each month!
I am a firm believer that sending a smile in the mail is something that we all need to do regularly! If my card is not embellished heavily I often send a blank card/envelope with a note saying that the recipient can use it to send a handmade card to someone else! That way the joy gets passed on to even more people!
One time I actually received my own card back thanking me for thinking of them!! Most of the time I don't put my return address so it is anonymous!
See you next post! :-)
What a fun idea to spread joy by sending cards out to people anonymously...but too funny that you got your own card back once! At least you know your card was enjoyed more than once..ha!
DeleteOh, love this colors! :)
ReplyDeleteI make a lot of christmas cards, they are my favourite. This year I also made some for valentine's day. :)
Very cute, I make mainly Christmas and birthday cards. We do not really celebrate Halloween in this country
ReplyDeleteLove the "Peek a Boo Wobbit 227" focal image. Your card is beautiful. The layout and coloring is outstanding. The metal bunnies are cute. Are they brads? Where did you get them? I make cards for Easter, Halloween, Valentine's Day. For Christmas I design my own Christmas card, i.e. draw or paint a watercolor, then scan my design into computer and format it. I have never bought any Christmas cards. Usually I send over 100 Christmas cards every year. Last year I did a watercolor of the Grand Canyon in winter. It's a challenge to come up with a new idea each year. I am an artist and have done most of the mediums except sculpture, but my favorite is watercolors.

ReplyDeleteLove the flowers and the silver bunny embellishments. I used to make family cards for every occasion when I first started paper crafting . I slowed that down to Valentine's, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas after a few years. Everyone of course gets their b-day and or anniversary card.

Love this card, and for holidays, Christmas and Easter for me, Halloween isn't really celebrated up here in Canada, other than kids dressing up and going out.
ReplyDeletetoo cute love that image...
ReplyDeleteI sent off 85 cards for the caring hearts card drive. They are valentine cards for children hospitals around the country So I will have to go with Valentine cards.
ReplyDeleteI also make the most Valentine cards except that mine go to the local veterans nursing home. I've been doing this ever since my daughter was in JROTC in high school in 2000. I always get local JROTC students to deliver them to the veterans, so they have a chance to meet some of the older veterans. The students even go back to visit with the veterans after they deliver the Valentines.
