You are my best friend

Here's the cutest brand new stamp from Sandra Caldwell of Babycakes DND on Etsy.  This cutie is called #2066 Sweet Dee.  How adorable is she?  I colored her up to match this adorable striped card and added some lovely lace from Istanbul, Turkiye.

Question of the day:  do you have other crafts that you like? beading? sewing? ATCs? scrapbooking?

In addition to cardmaking, I also so some occasional scrapbooking for big trips that I make.  I also do jewelry making, especially for the annual bazaar at the local church.

    Such a pretty card and very cute image from Sandra!! I do mixed media on canvas, altered projects, wood burning and pretty much a little bit of everything crafty if I can. I also crochet occasionally and want to get back into drawing.

    Cute card, love the colors!! I am trying sewing. I go twice a month and sew with friends. I also just got a knifty knitter hand loom. I like doing that, always wanted to crochet and knit but can’t get the hang of but this is fun😀

    The Turquoise coloring is beautiful. Great card. Other activities I enjoy: first love is crocheting then card making, knitting, sewing, dabble in beading and absolutely adore cooking and trying out new recipes. Happy Friday, Barbara

    Awww, she couldn't be sweeter, Holley. Loving the mint stripes and yellow border. I used to do counted cross stitch but my eyes won't allow it any more. No scrapbooking for me either, but I do like to dabble a bit in mixed media and 3D projects. xxD

    Hi Holley, I am thinking you must have bought a whole suitcase full of lace in Turkey. It is very beautiful. Lovely colour card. I also work with glass, stained glass and hot glass to make jewelry. I don't really scrapbook but often make ATC's and tags. Hugz

    Cute card! Love the color! I'm pretty much a card maker only, now. I used to do plastic canvas years ago, Though I am thinking of trying out Diamond painting. A friend of mine just got into it and it looks like lots of fun

    SO love this card.The new image is sweet, and teal is my fave color when crafting. When I have time, I also like to water color, paint and create mixed media canvases. I also scrapbook both paper and digitally.

    My favorite craft is stamping but I like to make cards, atcs,notebooks and post it holders, tags and party decor. I usually work with paper but also use felt or fabric. Crafting keep me sane!

    Oh, she is so cute and looking so bashful, makes my heart warm and toasty! I've done many crafts over the years, plastic canvas, crocheting and knitting, scrapbooking, painting, but I get the most out of cardmaking. This isn't really a craft, well maybe it is. I'm addicting to making fairy gardens for inside and outside.

    Great job you did on this card. Always love the lace you used. Love the soft blues and the coloring you did. Cute image.

    My other craft I do is watercolor painting. I do paintings and display them for sale at the Placentia Library, as a member of the Placentia-Linda Art Association. Have been an artist since high school. My favorite medium is watercolors even though I have tried other mediums, except sculpture.

    Also love to read. Thank goodness our local library is only 2 blocks away.

    I do a little bit of scrapbooking but don't really do many crafts besides card making anymore. I used to cross-stitch and crochet and still have supplies for those.

    Very nice card! I love to paint. I began painting in oils in my much younger years. Switched to acrylics and/or watercolors due to the odor of the oils when my asthma became worse. So I have always been an artist. Kinda sneered at card making with rubber stamps when my SIL tried to take me to a party and showed me her cards, but I became addicted to it!
