Wishing a very Happy Birthday to Ms Erica from FUMP! She's the teacher that I work with. I hope the families and kiddos know how much she cares about them and how hard she works to do her very best for them. I hope you have a Blessed Birthday and all your Birthday wishes come true.
For those of you who are local, perhaps you saw that new that a man was caught for planning an attack of the most horrible kind at the Capitol of Texas. Thankfully the police caught him, his notes and weapons before he made it there. This however cause my school, which is right next to the capitol building to shut down today. So I am working from home and doing some online trainings. Prayers for everyone's safety.

This day is a somber day of memory here in America. I know my kids do not know or understand anything of such. Nor do I ever hope they will understand such an event in their lifetime. My thoughts and prayers go out to all those directly effected by the events on 9/11 both those killed and injured as well as those who fought and saved.

Happy Tuesday! Back to work and ready for the kiddos today. Next week (towards the end) will mark a month of school. WOW. How is that already possible? One month down, nine to go. Maybe I should calculate how far we are from Turkiye....nope. nope. too far away still. I will resist.
Happy Labor Day to my American friends, and Happy Monday to my worldwide friends. I hope you are all ready for a great week. Today is my regular day off so I am not getting an extra holiday this week. Bummer. But I guess my kiddos get an extra day this weekend, I usually find that doesn't help.
Happy Saturday, can't believe the first week of Sept is almost over. Here's a CAS floral card today. I love the colors, the orange and pink seem to go together well. Wishing all of you a very happy weekend.

Happy Friday. Looking forward to seeing the kiddos today and having some fun. Like before, we have foodie friday. That's when a student brings in a type of food (usually their favorite fruit or vegetable) and the whole class tries it and gives their opinion. I wonder what we will be trying out today. I had to pick this card today because it has oranges on it.

Happy September! Wow. Looking forward to seeing my kiddos today and having some fun. I hope the further and further that we get along the better we can all play together and enjoy each other's company. It's really amazing to see how much each child grows from the beginning of the school year to the end of the school year. The photos we are taking very soon will be stunning at the end of school when you see how grown the kids look.

Last day of August. Can you believe that? Now we are just hmmm, how many days to Turkiye? I better not look, it might be too big a number lol. Here's a cute little card today that says, "let's wander together" one thing we do with the kiddos is to wander once a week, like a field trip to show them different places (within reason and walking distance). The previous classes just loved it.

Happy Thursday. This is week 2 with the kiddos, I hope we are starting to get into a pattern, I think all but three of our kids were in the school before, so they kind of know the routine and are used to it. It's been lovely getting to know each child slowly as they let you.
Happy Tuesday. Hope you are having a great week. I am still getting all the lace and embellishments put in the store and online for sales. I hope everyone has had a chance to check them out. So much fun this summer buying goodies.
Happy Monday everyone! I hope you had a lovely weekend, and you are refreshed for the upcoming week. It's week two of school, so we are off to a full week this week with the kiddos. I have mondays off this year, or at least for now. They are starting to get a little more used to the schedule and used to the teachers, but it's really very early. Many of them were there last year, in other classes so there's at least that familiarity. For now let's all BEE positive.
Happy Birthday to the best sister! I wish you everything your heart desires. I wish I could give it all to you! huge hugs. We took her out last weekend. But if she is available, I'd love to see her.
Good morning and happy Saturday. I hope you are having a great weekend. I am glad to get in a break and get some lace orders filled. It's my sister's birthday tomorrow so I hope she has a special weekend.. Here's a little PRE-birthday card for her....
Happy Friday everyone! And so the year has begun and I am back to a year of dreaming about Turkiye....lol. just 10 more months, lol. (well, I mean 9 months and 10 days bwahaha). I hope you have all had a chance to check out the store. Hello!
Happy Thursday. I hope you are having a great week. Any teachers out there? is school starting? already started? how was your first week? i'd love to hear about it. Today is my first day with the kids this week, in fairness it is only their second day. I wish I could share photos, but that would be forbidden. I am doing three year olds this year. There's 11 in the class but each day we may be one or two students short. Trust me, these kiddos are just TOO cute.
Happy day 1 of school. They will be working on getting the kids situated and safe in the classroom. Getting them to follow the routine and schedule. It's normal for some and new for others. Let's just all BEE happy, Don't worry, BEE happy. My schedule this year is currently set for TU TH Fri. I am thankful to be back to a three day work week.
WOO HOO. I can't wait to see the kiddos. I am guessing many of them will be kids that I recognize from last year in other classes. We often did activities together so many of them hopefully know me. I just found out that today is a greet the teacher only day, so they will be coming in and seeing us but not staying for a complete day. Wed. is actually the first day of school for us this year
