Here's a fun summer theme card for today. Thanks to all of you for checking out my blog today and leaving a little comment to make my day brighter. Even though I am overseas I still read it and enjoy. Miss you all but love seeing your comments each day.
WOW, just two days left at work. I can hardly wait. I must say being in just one place this year was so nice. I saw so much growth in these kids across the school year. I will totally miss them. I hope at least some of them will be coming back to the school next year so I can see them in their next class. Hugs kids, you are my sunshine.
Happy Thursday everyone! I hope you are having a great end to the week. I think today we are having parent conferences. I am not sure what that will mean for my class. Usually parents will either choose to do it online or by phone. Occasionally they will bring their kids in, then that's when they need me to watch the child while the parents meet with the teacher.
Happy May. I am sharing a food theme card today since it is FOODie Friday. I don't think we will be able to have watermelon since that is not in season, but I can't wait to see what we will have for the kiddos. The other week we had cherries and only about 2/3 of the class liked them. In fairness I didn't taste them, so I don't know it they were ripe or not, but I was surprised by that. I think the topic for the week is called "SMOOTHIE" friday and all the kids will get a blend of something.
Happy Tuesday, back to school today. Looking forward to seeing my kiddos, here's a fun card for today. I hope all of you have a good day too. Let's hope for no tears today, just smiles and laughter. It's the last week of April and just three days to May.

Happy Hump Day, we are month away from the end of school. (My last day is the 22nd of May). I am going to miss these cuties. They have grown so much over the year. Here's a cute Winnie the Pooh card for them "It's always an adventure with YOU!" Hugs kids

Happy Monday everyone! It's time to start a new week. I am glad that I am off today. Before I used to take off the Monday after Spring Break so I would be able to catch up my store and recoup from a severe lack of sleep (I have a super hard time sleeping in a strange place). Happy Feb 28TH!! It's the last day of the month. Woot Woot!! I can't believe we have been celebrating for 28 days straight. I am so thankful for all of you celebrating with me and now comes the task of wrapping up all the goodies and getting them mailed out.

Good Morning and Happy Hump Day! It's time to go and see my kiddos and play and have fun. I look forward to a good day (and exhausting, lol). What are y'all up to today? Making plans for Valentine's day this weekend? Today is the actual day of my surgery, so this is the REAL anniversary of the 2nd surgery.

Happy Monday everyone! Here's a CAS (clean and simple card) using some great die cuts from Simple Stories. I love their kits, you can make the eight cards that they design and usually you have so many leftovers that you can make your own cards (esp mini sized cards too).

Here's a fun card I made using Simple Stories papers, It says "Capture the love; It was always YOU!" I think I made this cute card out of a kit that was meant for Weddings, but of course I have been married a long time, and I am not going to be making any scrapbook or wedding theme cards, so I turned the supplies into cards like this one here.

Can you believe we are in FEBRUARY AGAIN? this makes it 16 years since 2 brain surgeries in 2010. WOW. I never believed I would be alive at this point. What a time to celebrate. Let me first thank God and a second and million thank yous to Dr Aboumatar who tested, qualified me and arranged and set up my surgeries. Third a giant hug and kiss to my DH who stuck with me through all this. And of course, huge thanks to all of you, the crafters who sent cards, prayed, texted, and gave so much love and support.

And just like that the first week of School is over....just 17 weeks to go. Am I right? can I count, lol? Turkiye will be here before you know it. NEWS FLASH, i have just had my schedule changes, I will now be working from Tuesdays to Fridays and just have Monday off. It's going to be an adjustment, lol
