Happy Birthday Hallie!

Here's a birthday card that I made for my sister, Hallie, who's birthday is today.  Happy Birthday Hallie. I hope she and her family have a wonderful day today. I know she loves Halloween, so I chose this fun image from Simply Betty stamps to make this card for her.  I hope her hubby and kids do something fun for her tonight.
