So we had a couple hours to walk around in Vienna, I will say I didn't look for any paper stores or go searching for them, but literally the first direction I took by chance, there was a paper store just right there! I guess that is my luck. They just find me!
And like in Istanbul, if there is one, there's usually a few more in the general area.
