This cute stamp comes from Whipper Snapper and though I got this lace at a store (scrapbook store) in Turkiye, it's not actually "Turkish" lace, but packaged lace like you get in America that's most likely from China.

Hippo Birdie to You, Ms Green!!
Hippo Birdie to you! Wishing a dear friend and co-worker at AISD a wonderful Birthday today. I hope she has a very special day. She also worked with all the special needs kids at the local school.
