This summer you all know that I went to Istanbul. One of my oldest and dearest friends of almost 20 years lives there (she's Turkish, we met in college at Texas Tech). She is a grade school teacher. I went to her school and was delighted by her class of children who all presented me with lovely works of art and a couple of beautiful songs. Over the next several weeks (each sunday), my guest designer works will be the fun images that they sent me. I hope over in Istanbul the kids are watching and looking for their art work to appear on the internet.
