Lucy Loo
They are having a great contest over on The East Wind blog, this time it's a tic tac toe, so you just pic three items to make your card qualify. My three items are Buttons, TEW image and Sparkly or shiny for the paper I chose with shimmer and silver shine. I also did the other direction on the tic tac toe to double up the fun and did doodles (the dots), TEW image and designer paper.
Check out all of TEW's awesome images. I adore them, esp this character who is just my total favorite from this artist! Have a great week everyone!
