As you guessed by now, it's all love theme this week. Woo Hoo. Here's a cutie from Notturno Digi arts. I love this artist's whimsical images. She has the cutest girls, great animals, and fun things like skulls too. Check out her stuff if you like (HERE). I am using some interesting (at least I think it is) lace on this card today.
Question of the day: do you use wood block stamps? sometimes never? only if it's your absolute favorite topic?
I must confess I will still occasionally buy a wood mounted stamp if it's an image I really really want!

I love all the pink and the cute girl.
Yes, I still use wood block stamps.
Fun image and pretty lace!
I do love my wood mounted stamps! Like you mentioned, I will also still buy them if it's an image I really like. I'm trying to use them more often lately, and I love looking through the ones I have so I can select just the right design for my project.
Pretty colour and pretty lace.
I have removed all the images from my wood block stamps, as they were taking up too much room!
Hi I really like the girl stamp you used. Congratulations a very pretty card and the lace is a very elegant embellishment.
I have a few woodblock stamps but I prefer clear stamps. Taty
Beautiful pink card Holley. Yes, I still use wood block stamps
Lovely girl and fab lace.
I still have and use wooden stamps, but also use clearstamps and digital stamps.

Your image is darling, beautifully colored and the lace is just gorgeous. Hugs, Lori m
Love this cute whimsical image, so girly :)
I have very few wooden stamps, mostly love to use clear stamps!
Such a cute girl and pretty pink card. I have wood stamps but to be honest, I took most of them off the block.
Yes. I love using wooden stamps. But I generally love any stamps
Great pink card.
The pink and the lace are the greatest! Yes, I still use wood block stamps. I also use acrylic, just not digi stamps.
That IS interesting lace! Yes, I still use my wood mounted stamps. I have stamps shelves on which to display them for easy selection. I also use unmounteds in both red rubber and the clear acrylics and keep them in binders.
what a pretty card Holley
no I never buy wooden stamps I have them from penny black and from others that I have bought 15 years ago

So cute Holley! I use all kinds of stamps. I have unmounted ALL of my wood mounted stamps so I can use them in my Misti and Tim Holtz Stamping Platforms and they are a lot easier to store unmounted from the blocks.
Super card .Lace is unique. I do not use wood mounted stamps.
This card is super cute and I love the wood embellishment and the touch of lace!
Adorable card and love the image! I have wood blocks but have mostly been removing the stamps from them. I never seem to get a good impression when using them.
Your card is so sweet and I love the pink. The lace is gorgeous! I still use wood block stamps, but I don't buy them anymore. Oops, I just fibbed! lol I did recently buy a House Mouse wood stamp. ;-)
I like you card.Image is sweet and pink my favorite color.Yes i stil use wood block stamps.I will buy it if I can get it cheaply.
What a cute card! I love that wooden heart!
I rarely use wood block stamps because I like to be able to restamp an image if it doesn't come out perfect the first time. I use my MISTI a lot, and mounted stamps won't work on stamping platforms, so I generally avoid them
Gorgeous card. That lace is so pretty. I rarely use wood block stamps any more but they do stamp beautifully. Mostly it's because of storage and postage issues. I am thinking of taking them off the wood blocks. Hugz
This is my favorite card, so far! I’m like you and buy wood mounted stamps if it’s an image or senti, ent I want.
So cute! Notturno does have some quirky images which are adorable. I have some wood mounted stamps but I pull them off and use them in my Misti. I love how clear stamps are so much easier to store.
Beautiful card.
I have few wooden stamps and use them sometimes.
Sweet card and the lace and wood heart go great with her! I use wood block stamps and love them, I also use the cling kind.
Absolutely Perfect card. Love it! Yes, I will still buy the random wood block stamp, last one was a HOUSE MOUSE on clearance, I could not have said NO if I tried!!!
And the first (wood block, of course) stamp I ever bought, nearly 50 years ago lol, was a darling sea otter image. Love it!
What a cute image and sweet card Holly!
THanks for sharing!
I use a combination of both wood bloacked staps and unmounted stamps. Both have pros & cons.
So cute, love the wooden heart too.
I have some wooden block stamps, but hardly use them, I think I am going to put them on mount so I can use them in my stamping platform, so much easier!
So cute in pink.
Yes, I love wood stamps, they are great.
Your card is adorable, Holley! Such a cute little girl and I love how you coloured her, especially her hair! Totally adorable! I fell in love with Notturno Digis and have bought a couple of her images as a result of your celebration. I will be making and sharing cards soon, so thank you for telling us about this company. Her cats are precious, and I would be delighted to win digitals from Notturno. As for your question, wood-block stamps are making a big comeback according to some popular YouTube channels that I watch. Red rubber always stamps beautifully, and I still enjoy wood-block stamps (although I realize they are too expensive to be mailed to Canada). I am so happy I kept all of my old wood-mounted stamps even though they take up a lot of space in my room. Have a fun day, Holley!
Cute card, Holley! Valentine’s Day is so much fun! Yes, I use wooden stamps, but they take a lot of room for storage! Audrey R in Austin
Pretty pink card... I use them very rarely...
Cute card! I love the idea of celebrating Valentines for more than one day. I have quite a few wooden stamps, but prefer the clear cling ones. They take the guesswork out of image placement.
So cute. I do use wooden stamps. If it's an image I want to use and it's on a block. I also love back ground stamps on the block. Makes it easier to stamp other things besides just paper.
