Squigglefly Challenge: Summertime

Here's the Squigglefly challenge this week, it's Summertime! Take your favorite Squigglefly digital stamp image and make a summer theme card. For me, I had to use blue for water and green for grass (though being here in drought ridden south texas, I will confess that grass is never this green, esp this year as we are on a major watering ban).
This project uses some yummy colors of Mica paper from Paper Temptress! They have a huge collection that they sell. It's totally shimmery in the light and delicious! Check out all the colors they have! (CLICK HERE). Also, be sure to go on over the Squigglefly blog and make a fun summer theme card to play in the contest!

Project Materials: Cardstock (Fairway Mica, Vista Mica, Neenah Solar White--Paper Temptress); Digi-Stamp (Squigglefly); Bling (Queen&Co); Adhesives (Pop dots, Glue Dots, Glue All); Die Cuts (Spellbinders Nestabilties); Color (Copic Markers);

What a fun card. I love the image I hadn't seen this one yet. Great fun colours too. Sorry about the drought, my kids would go batty if they couldn't use the sprinkler.

Great summertime card, it looks cool and relaxing. That mica paper sounds so pretty.

It's been cool and rainy most of the time here, so our lawn is green - but it might not be that short!
