Day of the Dead

Here's a stamp from Queen Kat artist Melia Newman called Day of the Dead. Being from San Antonio, TX this is often a much celebrated day in the culture there. It's not a scary or spooky holiday, it's a holiday in which the deceased are remembered with fondness and joy.Speaking of Celebration, the doctor's appt went quite well! Not only did friday's appt turn up good news, so did monday's. At this point my blood test is almost back to normal (from a rate so low that they kept pushing me to get cancer tested) and they have again agreed to lower my medication! WOO HOO!!
