Four more days to spring break! lol, is my counting annoying yet? how about the 84 days left until Turkiye?!? I am excited about that too. I am such a blessed person. I often need to sit back and be thankful for that, like every day and every hour.

Happy Monday everyone! It's just a week now until Spring Break! I know I sound like a kid, but I am excited because as most of you know, I am traveling up to Irving Texas to go to a stamp/scrapbooking convention. I am expecting my mother and my god-mother to join in this year.

Here's a card created by a child from Austin, I went to this kid's booth at the christmas carnival at the capital tree lighting ceremony, She had lovely cards made and was sharing awesome cards she created in a Texas theme. I just loved her art work. Her name is Adelaide. (posted with her permission).

Happy Saturday everyone. I am thankful for the weekend. I feel like the last week of celebration in addition to the packages and the extra shifts was a lot. I would say that I need some down time but I don't think I will get much this weekend. BUSY BUSY BUSY. and in reality, that's my norm, so I should be thankful for that.

Today is a special day that I won't be working as I am going back to my OLD elementary school to visit a couple of students, one of whom is leaving AISD. I wish him the very best! I have seen him grow so much over the last couple of years. What a great kid. Best wishes to you in your endeavors.

Happy Monday everyone! I can't believe we are in the first week of March now, Just 16 days to the convention and only 6 days of work until spring break! I hope to make lots of cards on this trip, maybe not the 300 plus I did last year, but still, hope to get a lot done this year.
Here's some wonderful art from the class of children in Istanbul. These kids graduated from elementary school and are now in middle school in Turkiye right now. This summer when I visit my dear friend will be teaching a new class of kids, young kids as the teacher starts with the kids in first grade and progresses with them through elementary school.

Happy March! Wow, I can't believe we are in March! packages will start the mailing process TODAY! WOO HOO. I am usually off on Tue and Thursday so I hope to get them all out into the mail today and the other hand delivered this week. Keep your eyes posted.
