Baby Elephant Kisses

Here's a great image from Lizzy Love!  I adore her images and if you add a skull, then you know I am in heaven!  TOO CUTE! Then she tops it off by adding a miniature baby elephant?  OMG Can you get any cuter? I don't think so.  How adorable is this image?  I love it.  I had to grab this image as soon as I saw it!

Been so very fun this month, I have really enjoyed getting to know all of you! I hope you have had fun as well. It will take a day or maybe two to get the finalized prize winners posted and then I will start the task of wrapping everything up to get it to the post office.  Once things start going to the post office, each day I will list the names of whose packages got mailed.  I do appreciate hearing back from people when they receive their items.  I would also LOVE to see what you guys make and if you want me to share it on my blog, i'd love to do so.

I used to LOVE embossing stencils, in fact, it's what started me card making, but now I do very little of it. I do however like embossing folders.

Letting Loose

Here's the cutest image from Notturno Digital Arts.  I just fell in love with these cute images when I saw them! TOO fun. There's something I love about them.  I bought a whole bunch from the store already and I can't wait to give out some prizes.  I love the ribbon on this card, I got it while in Istanbul, Turkiye a couple of summer's ago.

Cute as a fox

Here's a darling stamp from Mmedel Illustrations on Etsy paired with some beautiful Paper Temptress papers and gorgeous Turkish lace.  I just love this adorable Fox, he comes in a sweet set that includes a fox, a bear and a rabbit.  This adorable digi stamp set will be among the prizes given away.    Paper Temptress has also generously promised to give a prize which will include a wonderful paper assortment!

The papers I am using on this card is a base of Black Glossy papers, a wonderful Hambly Studio Screenprint called Mini Graph;  The image has been printed on Heavenly White paper and colored in copic markers.

I think my favorite embellishment is either buttons or lace...I am sure that was obvious lol, though I also love flowers and brads/bling;  Anything with stitching, cardstock stickers with sentiments and colorbox chalk ink on the edges;

  My least fav is prob glitter. I just can't control the mess.  I also don't use much eyelets, alphabets.  An item I love to buy but don't use enough of is washi tape

Happy Monday everyone! Today I am sharing a card I made using an image from Sheepski Designs. I made this card for the current Challenge over on Outlaws Monday Greetings challenge. Our theme this week is winter.  As always, don't forget to add a sentiment to the front of your card!

Can you all guess what I have been doing with my free time?  LOL, like I have any of that.  In addition to working and having this celebration, I am also making myself start walking again and getting ready for the upcoming Capitol 10k Run/Walk.  So far I am about 4.25 miles a day. (that's and hour and half after school lets out, when you know you are tired, lol!).

Here's a fab image from Bloobel stamps!  I just love this artist's images.  I added a fun sentiment, "seize every opportunity" which I thought would be just perfect for this month's celebration.  I am so thankful for what I have been given that I do try and remember to seize what I have and be thankful for what I have been given.

Fairy Dog

Here's a super cute image from By Miss Rach stamps called Fairy Dog.  I combined that with two different trims and lace from Turkiye.  By Miss Rach also has a great blog, HERE which includes some awesome freebie stamps, HERE.

If you have never used a digi stamp before, just right click on it, download (choose Save picture as to load it to your hard drive) then you have a file can print it out. What's great is you can make it as big or small as you like!  I use Microsoft word and import the image into a document and print 4 images at a time.

I see crafty supplies in everything lol, every time I look at something I am decomposing it and thinking about what I could use from it.  I was just wondering what you all use....things that come to mind--paint cards, tiles, sequins, I go to a lot of garage sales and craft reuse stores and look at all kinds of things...

Valentine's Day Love

Question of the day number 1:  do you use printed papers of mostly card stock? premade cards (i.e. blank cards you get in packs) or just cut up paper to make your own cards?  What size?

I like to cut my own cards, have a really hard time using printed papers, I am always so envious of people who can pair papers with images, esp those who can use multiple papers at once.  I also just buy plain or polka dotten cardstock and cut my own cards typically rather than buy packs of blank cards.  I do a lot of square in 5.5 to 6"
