Have a Spooktacular Halloween

Sharing this great Halloween theme stamp, or for folks like me who live in Austin TX, home of the Mexican free tail bats (one of the biggest bat colonies in the world), an everyday day stamp!  Isn't he just darling?  this stamp is IMG008;  What a fun boy theme image.

Trick or Treat....

Trick or Treat, Smell my Feet, give me something good to eat. Do you remember saying that?  We definitely used that when I was a kid in the 70s in Texas.  Ha. that sentiment makes me crack up.  I also adored this cute little stamp of kids dressed up in costumes.  I look forward to seeing the kids all dressed up.

Cherish Every Moment

Here's a great fluffy girl image from Sherri Baldy.  I just love her fluffy girl images.  I added some wonderful Turkish ribbon and great sentiment "Cherish every moment" to this card.  There's a brand new contest that just started on the Outlawz Monday Greetings Challenge Blog.  This week is a sponsor appreciation week and the theme is Anything Goes, but of course, don't forget to include a sentiment on the front of your card.

Here's a cute set of stamps that I mentioned earlier this month.  I used this fun sentiment with another owl stamp.  I also had this cute owl stamp for Halloween, so I had to pull out this sentiment again to go on this card.  I also had this cute owl die cut from Pebbles.

Shake, Rattle & Roll

Here's an adorable skeleton that you stamp, die cut and then assemble. It's a kit that comes from Art Impressions.  It also comes with the stamped sentiment in the corner as well as the stamp of the hat it is holding plus a stamp of a tie.  Too cute, but also a lot of work to put together.

You know how much I like Skeletons and skulls though, so I had to get this set!

Cast a Spell

Here's a quick and cute card that I made with some wonderful Halloween embellishments.  I have so many wonderful Halloween decorations that sometimes I like to make cards without stamped images.  Here's an example of one.  This little witch girl is just TOO cute.

Halloween is a Real Treat

Here's a darling card using an image from Faery ink.  She's just perfect for lots of occasions, but here I used her on a Halloween card because I just adored her cute costume.  I added her to a spider pattern paper with a cute Spider cardstock sticker and some great brads to go with it.

Here's a simple stamp that I got in a set at my local store. It came with die cuts too.  You know I can't resist skulls/skeletons!  I just had to get it.  I also added some very simple Turkish lace to this card to give it a little pop.  It a quick and simple card for the Halloween season.

Sharing this super cute witch today, she comes from MMedel Illustrations on Etsy.  She's called Little Witch.  There's also several new adorable Halloween stamps that I just love in her store to include this little witch and this cutie.   Check out all her fun stamps!

I also added some great black lace that I got on my last trip to Istanbul.  I have been have such fun sharing all the beautiful laces that I picked up.  Probably my favorite embellishment next to buttons.

Clean and Simple card

Here's a CAS card that I made with a card kit that I bought while in Istanbul.  I think the kit itself came from China, but I was so delighted to find a couple of crafty stores in Turkey that sold card making supplies.

Hope your October is going well.  I can't believe the first quarter of the school year is gone!  wow.  Well, three quarters to go now.  So excited to say that we just got another Special Education teacher at my school.  It's very unusual to gain a teach at this point but demand is so high that we actually gained another teacher!  Wonderful news for us.

Skull card

Here's a great wood stamp that I have. I bought it online and I don't think it had a name on it, so I am not quite sure who makes it.  If you know the maker, please let me know.  At any rate, you know I love me some skull theme stamps!

Lately I also seem to be loving Lime Green.  I have been picking up a lot of lime green things, which I don't seem to come across very often, but definitely more so around Halloween time.

Cat Dragon?

Here's a fun image from LOTV.  They recently stopped selling digi stamps, but I managed to buy a handful before that happened.  Here's one that I got.  I just love their fun Halloween images.  I added some cute ghost embellishments and of course, what everyone wants, some CANDY theme sentiments.

Happy Howloween

Here's a fun Owl stamp and a funny owl sentiment to go with it.  I actually bought this owl sentiment to go with another cute owl stamp that I will share later this month, but since I also had this fun owl theme Halloween stamp, I decided to also use it here.

Hope you are having a great month of October.  We will be having the first conference day (meaning we will be working but the kids will be off school) next week, so the parents came come in and speak with teachers about their kids progress.

Video Gamer

Here's a cute little boy stamp from Sherri Baldy today.  I created this card for a brand new contest on the SSS Challenge blog.  The current contest is Just for Men.  I thought this cute little guy was perfect.  The stamp is IMG 595, he's a video gamer, perfect theme for the man in your life.

Ahhh, Spring card

Here's another card from the kit I got in Istanbul. I added the Turkish lace in the center.  Love the colors that this kit came with. They all match so well together and go perfectly with all the embellishments that the kit comes with.

Total, I think that card kit made 12 A6 sized cards.

Anna Griffin card

Here's a card I made from a great kit from Anna Griffin, it's a kit that makes Condolences cards, which I occasionally need but find so very hard to make.  I added the lace to the card (it didn't come from the kit, but from my trip to Turkiye).  I think the lace makes the card a little more personal looking and lovelier.

Something Witchy this way comes

I fell in love with a new stamp line recently, it's at Stamping Bella and it's called Oddballs.  I just LOVE them.  I couldn't help myself but to get a bunch of them back in Sept and promptly stamped all of them and colored them the very day I got them.  Then I made up a bunch of cards that I will be sharing over the next couple months.  They are too fun.

Boo!

Here's the cutest little witch stamp from Faery Inks.  Isn't she the sweetest?  I used some great bat theme border to glue her to the printed paper.  I adore that cute skull on her hat.  Been loving this Halloween season picking up all kinds of fun stamps!
