 I was super excited to get new product and created several projects as soon as they came, but I started with the coffee goodies first making this card using the beautiful lady stamp and the die cut set.

I used memento ink and cats eye chalk ink;  I colored the images with Copic Markers;  I used both coffee stamp sets and the coffee die cut set for this card.  Here are links for the products used on this card:

Fun cat card

Here's a fun cat image from KatzelKraft and a sentiment from Tim Holtz cat set.  I just love this artist's cat images.  It says "I want you to know that someone cares, Not me, but someone."  TOO funny.  I also think you could take the last line of this sentiment as cats are always having that look on their face, "Not me, but someone."  meaning, I didn't do that, but someone did.

Here is one of my favorite Lili of the Valley (LOTV) characters. I just LOVE this dog. I bought a number of this character last time they had a stamp sale.  They are just TOO cute. This is a cute coffee theme card with some adorable brads on the side.

Old Lady

Here's a hilarious image from Unity stamps with an equally funny saying, "The old birds gotta stick together."  I just love that.  Now that the school year is going again, inevitably the kids start asking me, How old are you?  lol, I have been telling them 50, for about the last 5 years.  But this year I will for real turn 50.

Cracks me up how OLD they tell me I am.  Yep, that's me, an OLD lady, that's me all right!

All you need is....

Here's a great stamp from the Unity Kit of the Month and a sentiment from Technique Tuesday to go with it.  I just love this cute combo together. I added some bling in dark brown.  

Hugs all! And all you need is love (AND more coffee).  Perhaps I didn't mention it earlier but a gift to my husband when I came back from Turkiye this time was a electric Turkish Coffee Pot.  It seemed like a great idea, but the plug conversion, while working, didn't give the heat element enough power :(

Cat Nap

Sharing this cute Cat theme card today.   LOL, I am super spoiled from working from home, I can literally go take a nap 2 minutes after work as over as well as all summer long when I could nap whenever I wanted to.  SPOILLED!  

Soon I will walk home and I be too hot and though tired, can't just lay down and nap. I spent my "napping time" walking home.  LOL. I guess that is one way to make me do the right thing huh?  Walking instead of napping, ha!

Here's a lovely card with some great Turkish lace.   Today should have been our start for school, but I am sure all of us are having huge schedule changes due to the pandemic.  This lovely stamp comes from Unity stamps, I believe it came out of stamp of the month kit, but I am not certain of that.  If anyone knows I would love to find out.

What's the buzz?

Sharing one more fun coffee theme card this week, let's have some more coffee (or in my case during the school day, Diet Dr Pepper).  Hope the rest of you are doing just fine if you are not dealing with school time.

I am sure the parent and kids are feeling very anxious about it now too.  It's going to be a different world this year and for my kids a different school location when they finally do get to come to campus as well.  So much for kids to deal with.  Huge hugs kiddos

How have you Bean?

Here's another coffee theme card for the teacher assistant's week back at school.  I thought this was appropriate because there's a lot of catching up that is happening between everybody right now amongst all the scrambling to get ready for the next year.  So much scrambling for us as we are in a brand new location and it's a sea of portables and everything was just piled in boxes for the teachers.  Right now though my campus doesn't have it's power completed so we are not allowed on site in person just yet.

Wish us luck.  I don't know if I mentioned it already, but I am back at Brentwood Elementary.  I work for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing department now.

Let's get caffeinated

Thought this would be a fun card today as all of us Teacher Assistants are working.  (Rest of the district is still on hold).  I figured we could all use come coffee today!  I guess for some this year it is bitter sweet since our school is being torn down and rebuilt.  That means we are all in portables at a host campus.  

I thought this card would be perfect for the starting day.  Let's get caffeinated!  HA!  we'll see what they have the paraprofessional staff doing today.

Reach for your dreams

Here's a fun card using an Oddballs stamp from Stamping Bella.  Using some great Turkish Lace of course.  I just adore these funky stamps as I am sure you know is my style by now.  I can't believe we are just a few days from going to our new school to get ready for the school year.  It's like we didn't even get to say goodbye last year as our school year ended abruptly, with the District calling off school the day before Spring break and then we never returned.

I know that our kiddos won't be there for a while, but we will still be working hard and getting ready for them!

Memories

Here's a cute little image that comes from a set of Cat's Pajamas stamps.  I just love their cute little guys.  This one is no exception.  What a sweetie.  You'll noticed I added the perfect sentiment for summer vacation (or just summer for that thought), "Memories are Life's most precious Treasures."  Awe, doesn't that make you smile?

Hope you have some wonderful summer memories this year.  I thought this card was just perfect for my summer after Turkiye.  Ahh, what memories.  

Don't call it a dream...

Well, now that summer is coming to an end and school is starting back up next week, with the staff going back to work on the 11th, I must set some new goals for next year!  Hmm, lol right now I am ready to say, let's come back!  WOO HOO

I thought this card was very fitting for that.  Then again, perhaps I should think of some other goals, but right now I just have Turkiye on the brain, lol, maybe because I am sitting across from the Blue Mosque.

Swimming Enthusiast

I hope you are also soaking up the sun in that last little bit of summertime before school comes back.  Live it up.  I am down to my last three days (well two days as the 7th I am flying back), but I spent zero time swimming which I know is many people's favorite.

Whoooooo are we?

Here's a cute set of owls from Stampendous today.  I have always just loved owls and now Owls are the mascot for the school that I work for (Doss Elementary school aka The Doss Owls).  So when I am at School I see owls everywhere.  I suppose now I have more excuses to be buying owl stamps and making owl theme cards!

The staff is back to work this  in just one week.  Ahhh, time to get going. I suppose we are all ready and excited.  I have just 5 days left in Turkiye.  EEEK. Both happy to enjoy this last of the trip but also excited to go home and see the DH

Coffee Helps

Well, now that we are into August, I need to be sharing some coffee theme items as I have to be getting up early to get back into my normal routine.  Ahhh, summer hours.  Well, not really. My summer has had a lot of napping, but I usually don't sleep in very late.  Just 8 days until I have to be at the New School (same job, but our new school is built).

The stamp I am using here is from La Petite Market on Etsy (both the cup and  the coffee bean) and the embellishment comes from Echo park.  Of course, I am getting  up early where I am, and trying to be having a full and busy day, but it's going to all change when I fly back home and have an 8 hour time change to get over so quickly.  GULP!!
