Here's some fun ideas to make some wonderful cards, quick and easy when you find yourself in that pinch and you need something for tomorrow (or worse, you need it for right NOW).....I know I often have beautiful stamped images already colored and waiting for homes on a card. Perhaps that it just me. I love to sit down and color away. This beautiful stamp is from Sweet Pea artist, Rebecca Sinz
Toxic. Can you guess how I made this quick and simple card? I will tell you that it fits just perfectly in a standard envelope, those generic mailing envies (not A2) but regular mailing envelopes.
This adorable card is actually made from a cute border for a scrapbook! It's a 3" x 6" border that folds in half and is super adorable. You get tons of them in scrapbooking kits (which of course, I never follow the directions for those kits, I just design my own pages). I was able to find a sweet matching color flowers, brads and sentiment to go with it, and there you go! A gorgeous card in just a few minutes (well, minus all the previous work that was spent on the coloring!!)
Here's a close up of the image itself. Be sure and check out the artist's original coloring, it's so very different from my color choices.
Aren't you just loving these images? Did you see this week's sale at the store? Check it out...
Cheers, Holley

I love how you've made the card in lovely shades of green.
I agree, it's nice to have some coloured images on hands for when you need them. I sometimes have some, but not often, because I usually like to choose papers first and then colour the image to match my papers.
You made a really beautiful card!
Hugs! xx
