 My dearest step-mother in law has come down with covid!  Even though she's vaccinated she's still feeling very ill.  So sorry.  Huge hugs and best wishes from Texas. I hope you get over it soon.  we'll be praying for you.

Happy Labor Day

 Happy Labor Day to all those in the USA.  Enjoy your day off if you are getting one.  I'm sorry if you are not, but grateful to you for still working as I know many of us are using various businesses for their various services today.  Hugs and thanks for working.  May you get another break on a different day this week.  I do understand.  I used to work in fast food, in a cafeteria on the campus of the college, as a waitress at an IHOP, so I know what it's like to work on the holidays.

Prayers Please

 Asking for special prayers for my father in law who just underwent heart surgery.  So far the surgery has gone well and we pray for healing quickly.  Huge thanks to you all for your thoughts and prayers.  Also please pray for my sister in law who has lost her husband and mother in law both to covid recently.

My Condolensces

Recently had a co-worker have an unexpected passing of her father.  I am wishing her my condolences to her and her whole family at this time.  During Covid 19 especially, it's a very hard time to have something like this happen when getting together in groups is prohibitive.  I am so very sorry.

Get Well

I am posting a special Get well card today for a dear lady at my church who had an encounter with a dog and needed 100 stitches to her face!!!  OH MY!  when I had brain surgery, I only needed 80 staples to hold my head back together so I can't imagine 100 stitches.  She's elderly, but in excellent shape and good spirits.  All your good thoughts and prayers are appreciated.

With Sympathy

We recently has two passings in our church. One was a very long time member who family as been attending and the other was a more recent member whom I also knew that got cancer.  Quite a sad loss in both cases. I wish their families peace.
