Here's a stunning doggie theme stamp that my Dear Sister gave me for Christmas. I just love this Stamping Bella stamp. How sweet is this. I added some great Turkish Lace to it and a simple sentiment, "Forever Friends" to top it off.
Here's a Stamping Bella stamp that I just loved. It's perfect for those coffee cards. I love how her shirt and her hair turned out in the coloring on this one. I added some fun floral theme turkish lace and some coffee theme diecuts.
Question of the day: do you use embossing folders?
I LOVE embossed paper but I rarely seem to use the folders even though I really like the patterns. Am I lazy or what?!?!!!

Never Settle for Just one Scoop! Ha! This adorable Oddball stamp from Stamping Bella is just TOO adorable. I love her. I also added some bright colorful Turkish lace to the mix and beautiful flowers. I thought this card was just perfect for a bright summer day in Texas. Heaven knows with 110 degree weather, we all need some ice cream!!
Happy July everyone! I can't believe I am almost half way through my vacation at this point. WOW. I may not have mentioned it before, maybe I did. I got a copy of Babbel to learn some Turkish starting at Christmas time. I was pretty good at doing at least five lessons or more a week. OMG Turkish is SO HARD and so very different from English. I feel like I hardly learned anything, lol. My memory is like swiss cheese! I don't know if that's from old age (ha!) or brain surgery. I blame both!

Here's a great stamp from Stamping Bella Oddballs. I just love that stamp line. "Life is all about balance" Now that's the truth. You are talking to someone who seems to just FALL down at least once a darn year. Perhaps I need to head this saying about BALANCE!!

I thought this stamp set from Stamping Bella's Oddballs line was just TOO funny. They also have a sentiment stamp set to go with it. They all make me laugh. I used some gorgeous turkish ribbon to add to the base of this card, it matches just perfectly. So, Hogs'N Kisses everyone!
Here's a hilarious card from Stamping Bella, using an Oddball, which is probably my favorite line of their stamps. I had to use Elvis' famous line, "Thank you, Thank you very much!" to close out the month. Isn't he just adorable? I am using some great Turkish lace in Blue along with some adorable embellishments that I got in Turkey as well.

Here's another cutie from Stamping Bella in RED. I also had to use some great Turkish Lace and wonderful tiny polka dot buttons to go with her. Like me, she looks like she is just waking up. Funny thing, I will be in Turkiye, drink a Turkish coffee then promptly goto bed. Always shocks my hostess. She's like WHAT? QUESTION OF THE DAY:
Do you use word stamps on your cards? are their types that you like? generic sayings? birthday sayings, thank yous?.... do you just prefer die cut words, word stickers?
One of the most important things this month of course is to say a HUGE Thank You to my favorite Doctor, Dr Sami Aboumatar of Austin Epilepsy. He's the doctor, (epileptologist), who first told me he would "fix" my seizures and then actually did. I can't tell you how many doctors told me they would help me before. He's a brilliant Doctor and a wonderful man. What amazing work he does. I will never cease to be thankful to him and his staff.
QUESTION OF THE DAY:
Do you make handmade Christmas cards? I realize I have many good friends who aren't Christian, so it's helpful to know if you make them or not. I also know several people don't care to make Christmas theme cards for whatever reason.
For me, it's just overwhelming and after doing handmade Christmas cards for the family and promptly seeing them thrown in the trash, I started giving them store bought Christmas card again. At any rate? Christmas? yay or neigh

Well, it's Friday, we're all exhausted and have one day to get through before the weekend. I thought this hilarious stamp from Stamping Bella's Oddball stamp line was perfect for the day, "The less you give a damn the happier you will be." LOL, now I know no one around me is really going to stop caring, but the sentiment still made me laugh.
Sharing this hilarious card I made using an image and sentiment from Stamping Bella's Oddball line. I do love those stamps. TOO FUNNY. It says"Live like someone left the gate open!" The background of the card says "Hay there" I also added some gorgeous Turkish lace to the card.

Imagination is more important than knowledge. I love that sentiment, though I was reading a funny sentiment somewhere about Alice in wonderland, something to the effect, "I'm like Alice, I just eat everything around me...." well, it was funnier, I am sure if you are on Facebook you probably saw it
