Skull card

 Here's an interesting skull card that I made with some gorgeous embellishments that I got in Turkiye.  The skull was meant to be a patch, but I adhered it to the card with glue dots.  The flowers were lovely little embellishments in a store, I don't know what they are meant to be used for but I thought they would go perfectly on greeting cards.

 OK, One day down, I don't work on Thursday's unless there is someone who is not going in and they need a substitute.  Oh, did I not mention that?  My new job is Monday, Wednesday, Friday.  WOO HOO.

Happy Haunting

 Normally, I would be like YAY, it's Friday, but since Wednesday marked the last day of school,  Friday doesn't seem as exciting, lol, it's the wonderful middle of a necessary long weekend.  I will be starting my new job in the middle of next week, so it's good to have a long weekend now.

Here's a wonderful card using a great kit from Pink & Main.  I totally loved this Halloween themed kit.  This card had to be my favorite in the kit of course, because it has a skeleton!  How cute is this?  I love it.  I hope to share a handful of cards with you this month that are Halloween themed.

Skelly Cat

So one other thing I often pick up in Turkey is patches, not for sewing onto clothing but for using on cards.  They have the cutest patches and lace embellishments.  Here's one of a fun kitty skeleton.

The sentiment says "Take Heart. Here's mine."  How adorable is that?  I also added some wonderful black Turkish Lace to this card.  What fun it was last summer going all over the place buying gorgeous lace everywhere.

Here's a awesome skull image from Lizzy Love of Oddball stamps.  I just love her amazing images, esp the cute and creepy girls, but as this image shows, I also like her skulls!  She also has some great animal stamps.  Check out all her images.  I did this card in a simple BW format with a touch of red.

Halloween Fairy

Here's an awesome halloween image from Sandra Caldwell of Babycakes DND on Etsy.  She has the cutest images!  I just love her halloween themed ones.  I am using some great lace from Turkiye that looks like spider webs.  I thought it was perfect for this card.  I also had to sneak in a little skull paper in the background.

Here's a great skull card using an image from Notturno Digital Arts on Etsy.  Check out all her great sets.  I just love the little girl sets, the cute animals, and esp the holiday theme sets like this skull kit.  I added some fun turkish lace to this card and a simple sticker as the sentiment.

 Sharing a cute Halloween card today using a Unity stamp set.  This set has a bunch of cuties in it, but I am primarily using the little skeleton as that was my favorite stamp in the set of course.  I added a fun sentiment, "Get Your Spooky On."

 Here's another Skull theme card, which you know I love.  I got this cute stamp set from InLoveArts.  The stamp set is called Halloween and you can find it HERE.  I used the skull as a background on my paper and then stamped it again and colored with COPIC markers in the foreground.  TOO cute.

In Love Arts Skulls

 Hello all!  Sharing this awesome Skull theme die cut today from InLoveArts.  You all know how much I love Skulls, and especially Dia De Los Muertos!  This awesome die cuts very well, I used a cuttlebug (I know, old machine), but it still cut it awesome.  I ran it through a couple of times with a metal shim.  No different than any other detail die that I might have.  Worked great. 

I also got this bright green lace from the InLoveArts store.  You all know I love that color, esp for Halloween time.  It says on their site they have 8 colors, but I don't know what they all are.  You get one roll when you order.
