Fairytale Princess

Here's an adorable fairytale princess from Starving Artistamps. Too sweet. I just need a knight to save her from the dragon. Weather outside here has been warm and wonderful. Doesn't make me feel like making winter-y cards, though even if it was cold outside, I seldom feel like making winter theme cards. I guess you will just have to smile at ones I make :) Huge thanks and hugs for all the comments, emails, phone calls, facebook messages yesterday about the birthday.

Project Materials: Cardstock (Bazzill, White Sheen, Neenah); Rubber Stamps (Princess-Doodlefactory from Staving Artistamps; Saying-Sweet Pea stamps); Ink (Memento, Colorbox Chalk); Hand Dyed Skittles; Sheer Black Ribbon; Adhesives (Pop dots, Glue All, Glue Dots); Color (Copic Markers);

Grace Girl

Hello! Here's a new stamp that comes from Starving Artistamps Doodle Factory. It's part of the Grace Girls set. I really like this set, too quirky, even with the fish. The saying is from a different stamp set. Hope the new week is going well. I managed to get my walking in last night before any storm hit Austin. Clouds were getting dark though. I do hope for the rain, maybe it will happen tonight and bring some coolness to us.

Project Materials: Cardstock (Bazzill, Neenah); Stamps(Grace Girl-DoodleFactory; Hello-Studio G); Ink (Memento, Colorbox Chalk); Buttons (American Traditional); Border(Fiskars); Colors (Copic Markers);

I was showing my husband John this card and said, shouldn't it say Bad HARE day?....Ha ha! Didn't even catch that. This guy is named Frozey and I think he's adorable. Where else can you see a bunny with an afro hairdo?Hope you are all having a great week. It's 09/09/09!! That makes for a special day. I am looking forward to taking some classes next week at a scrapbooking show. I will be sure to post some of my creations.

I give a hoot!

Hootie Hoo, Everybody! I hope you are all having a great day. This cute little guy comes from the Doodle Factory line at Starving Artistamps. I think he's adorable. His name is Esme. (It would take forever to find on their www, so if you are looking for him, he's on the Doodlefactory Valentine's Remix set!)

The flowers on the tree remind me of a pond in downtown Huntsville, Alabama that was surrounded by beautiful flowering trees. The flowers were all over. I have photos of my husband tossing rocks into the pond, the whole background from the ground to the sky was covered in flowers.

Project Materials:
Cardstock (Bazzill); Stamps (Owl-Doodle Factory; Branch/sentiment-TAC); Flowers (Prima); Sewn Border (Linda Weber); Ink (Versafine, Vivid!); Color (Derwent Inktense); Tools (Stampin Up Blending Pen, CM cutter, pop dots)

More Coffee Please!

This little guy looks like he's had enough coffee, but he still wants more, lol! His name is Frozey and he's from the Doodlefactory. First bunny you have seen with this much hair?

Oddly I don't care much for coffee myself. I will drink a diet dr. pepper or some ice tea to get a little caffeine, but I have never had the taste for coffee.

Project Materials:
Cardstock, Printed Papers (DCWV); Stamp (Frozey-Doodle Factory); Saying (printed on PC); Sheer ribbons in brown and black (Fire Mountain); Ink (Versafine); Colors (Derwent Inktense); Blender (Stampin' Up)

It's a Bird, It's a Plane....no, it's SUPER STAMPER!!! This stamp is actually called Super Mom by Doodle Factory, but she looks more like Super Stamper to me.

I just got these wonderful stamps from Starving Artistamps recently. I like this super hero lady.
She's flying off to bring stamping all over the world!

Project Materials:
Cardstock (Bazzill, DCWV); Stamp (DoodleFactory); Text (printed on PC); Color (Derwent Inktense); Flowers (Prima); Embellishments (Skittles, 3d pop dots)

Hug Me!!!

Here's one of the DoodleFactory stamps that I got today. His name is Tobias. I think he's so cute and I can certainly relate to that look. Don't we all have days like that sometimes?

I paired him with a cute vellum sentiment that says HUG ME! Wouldn't it be nice if people would just give us a hug sometimes? Next time you see someone with this look, go give them a hug!

Project Materials:
Cardstock (DCWV), Printed Papers (unknown); Stamp (Tobias-DoodleFactory); Color (Derwent Inktense);
