Cocoa for you

 Here's a card I made for the DH, I'm cocoa for you.  Ha!  You know he got a chuckle out of that.  I added some great Turkish lace to it as well.  It's a wonderful stamp from Your Next stamp.

First day back....

 Believe it or not, this is our first day back at the school.  Friday?  yeah. I don't know why. it makes absolutely zero sense.  Whatever AISD.  My smiling face will be there starting at 7:30 just like normal.  Woo Hoo.  That being said, UGH, COFFEE PLEASE..... and I will be happy to see co-workers and hear about their summers and such.

Here's a delightful stamp from Your Next Stamp.  I just love this cute animal image with a matching saying, "I love you so much, I could squish you."  TOO cute.    How can you resist this?  I had to pick this image up on one of my last on line shopping trips a while back.  (lol, online shopping trips, ha!)

Hope you all have a great week.  I can't believe we are already in Week 8 of school. Changes are brewing, I would really appreciate prayers.  God knows why they are needed for me right now, just send love and thoughts :)

Mini Calendars

Here's some more of the adorable little calendars that I made for fellow workers and church members.  The top hedge hog stamp I got at a local store called Paper Place. The center angel is from TAC. the bottom little girl is from Your Next Stamp and the one that cracks me up of course says, "Crafting each day keeps the crazy away" it is from Taylored Expressions Grumplings.

Witchy-Poo

Here's a cute little witch made gorgeous on a wonderful card using some fun new papers from Paper Temptress.  This stamp is from Your Next Stamp.  These papers are from Paper Temptress including a part of their amazing new Hambly Overlays.

Have you seen all the new Hambly Overlays?  They are huge 12x12 printed transparencies.  I have trimed out a small portion of one of them for this card, the one I am using is called Orange Bohemian, can you see where I cut out the piece I am using?  Yep, it's the corner surrounding the decoration (Top left hand corner).  Then, I cut a matching piece across from it on the right side of the bohemian decor.  I am going to save that beautiful piece for a whole other card!  The base of this cardstock is a striking mica cardstock in purple, which goes wonderfully with orange overlay, called Amethyst.  The image was stamped onto Neenah Solar White paper and colored with Copic Markers.  A small piece of black paper was used to punch a line of skulls across the center.

Free as a Bird

Here's a darling bird stamp from Your Next Stamp. I added some music notes to the background, he's a happy bird singing. Perhaps he sees the empty cages and enjoys his freedom. I know I enjoy my newly found freedom.

La La Land.....

Here's another card from La La Land. She's so cute and has her bunny with her. I suppose this card would have gone well for Easter too. I decided to make this card for Mother's Day. I think it is hard to tell with the scan, but the bunny was lightly colored in with a grey color and pink nose. The brad has cute text on it that says Love U.
