Coffee anyone?

Here's a CAS card using a sweet and simple image as well. This was a freebie I was given but I don't have the giver's name on the image. If you know who made this image, please tell me so I can credit the artist.  I am using some stunning cardstock, it's shimmery and just gorgeous.

I also had to add a little Turkish Lace to the project to really pop at the bottom, it looks really good with the mica cardstock even though you can't tell that on this photo.  You can find this gorgeous card stock at Paper Temptress HERE.

Notepad Holder

Here's a quick and cute little project I did with a Sweet Pea stamps and some great Paper Temptress Papers.  I do so miss Sweet Pea stamps, but having worked with them for several years, I have a wonderful collection of their amazing rubber!  Also, let me tell you that Paper Temptress is getting ready to close down and start putting papers on sale, so go get what you want!!  It's going, going, gone.....so go grab those papers you need before they are unavailable.


This cute project is using some gorgeous Mica/Metallic as the card base, it's called Flame.  The image is printed on Neenah Solar white classic crest.  The image is layered on a beautiful yellow which matches the dress perfectly called and has a wonderful mica sparkle is called Mangue Sparkle.  I added a wonderful Hambly Studio Overlay on top of the while project called Lime Mini Graphs.

So what is this project, you ask?  it's a fold around for a note pad!, you can see the cute hole/ribbon (that's also available at Paper Temptress it's HERE);  It hides a wonderful notepad.

Beach Body

Here's another hilarious Grumpling stamp and sentiment from Taylored Expressions paired with some awesome papers and ribbon from Paper Temptress to make this fun card today. I just love the pink and brown combo.

The base of this card is  Pink Basis. The image is printed on Heavenly White, then layered on a piece of clear transparency from Hambly Studio Overlays called Magenta Houndstooth.  That paper is also layered on a wonderful piece of Pearl Glimmer. The paper on the left hand side of the card is from Hambly Studio Screenprints and it's called Mini Graph.  The ribbon is pink with glittery circles down it, it's called 5/8  pink crystalline ribbon (be sure and check out this link, it's so awesome!!)

Woo freakin Hoo

Here's a funny stamp from Taylored Expressions stamp line, Grumplings paired with some gorgeous papers from Paper Temptress as well as some stunning lace that I got in Istanbul Turkiye.  I just love the attitude of this stamp paired with something as opposite as a beautiful layout.

The base of the card is a wonderful mica cardstock called Rose Quartz.  I paired that color with some beautiful silver Mica.  The image is printed on Neenah Solar White Classic Crest cardstock which runs beautifully through my printer.  I added some little bling as the final touch on this card.  Hope you like it!

Beary Cute!

Here's a sweet and simple girl with her teddy bear (and the cutest little hat) from Dilly Beans. I paired that with some gorgeous papers from the Spring Premium Package at Paper Temptress for this cute and simple little card.

This awesome package is currently on sale and you get free shipping!!  Every sheet is amazing specialty papers.  I am using some of the beautiful Amethyst Mica/Metallic paper, printed my image on the cryogen white.  Then I surrounded the image with some gorgeous ribbon, I wish you could see the wonderful detailing on this ribbon, check it out HERE, it's called Plum Splitz Ribbon, it has two stunning textures on the same ribbon!  I glued the sheer side under the image and have the beautiful textured side creating a frame around the image.  I also added a small piece of Silver Mica/Metallic to the card (not in the Spring Premium Pack);

Loves me, Loves me not

Here's a wonderful combination of papers from Paper Temptress with an image from Sasayaki Glitter.  This image is found in their facebook group and is the current image used in the Progressive challenge.  She looks like she going to pull the petals to "Loves me, Loves me not."   The papers used come in the Spring Premium Package from Paper Temptress

Be sure and check out the wonderful Spring Premium Package, the current special should allow this package to ship for free.  The papers I am using are Cryogen white to print my image on;  Gorgeous Gold Mica/Metallic as a base of my image, as well as the Love you die cut; and beautiful orange called Mango Sorbet.

Do something awesome

Here's a fun stamp from Starving Artistamps.  I combined this image with gorgeous papers from Paper Temptress to create this card.  I just how she pops right off the front of the pink collage.

I am using a wonderful base called Poptones Razzleberry.  I added a wonderful silver  paper then I used a Hambly Screen Overlay called Magenta Vintage Patchwork.  I recommend getting the 6x6" cut packs that are just perfect for card making and give a wonderful variety.

Be your beautiful self

Here's a CAS (clean and Simple) card that is quick and easy to make. It looks elegant and beautiful.  I am using some gorgeous Paper Temptress Papers with a beautiful peacock die cut and a cut out from a 12x12 sheet of paper (can't remember what maker the sheet was, if you know, please tell me).

I cut out the peacock using shiny gold paper from Paper Temptress called Gold Metallic Glossy and a beautiful black cardstock on the base, Neenah Supersmooth Black.

Sorry I didn't get anything else mailed or emailed last night.

Cute as a fox

Here's a darling stamp from Mmedel Illustrations on Etsy paired with some beautiful Paper Temptress papers and gorgeous Turkish lace.  I just love this adorable Fox, he comes in a sweet set that includes a fox, a bear and a rabbit.  This adorable digi stamp set will be among the prizes given away.    Paper Temptress has also generously promised to give a prize which will include a wonderful paper assortment!

The papers I am using on this card is a base of Black Glossy papers, a wonderful Hambly Studio Screenprint called Mini Graph;  The image has been printed on Heavenly White paper and colored in copic markers.

Istanbul

Here's a sweet and simple card using some gorgeous papers from Paper Temptress.  I am so excited that Paper Temptress will be handing out a prize this month.  The stamp I am using here was a gift from my husband this Christmas.  It's the Istanbul skyline on top of a heart filled with birds.

The bottom sheet of back is called Black Basis.  The wonderful mica metallic that is layered under the lace as well as under the stamped image is Silver Ore Glimmer .  The image is stamped in Black Memento ink onto Heavenly White paper and layered on some Black Ruche paper.

Faith

I am so excited to have Ike's Art as a sponsor of next month's celebration.  She has the best images on the web.  I love both her beautiful ladies as well as her funny images but most especially her creepy images!  You know I love skulls right?  TOO cool.  Here's a card that is set for the occasion, "Faith" which is just perfect going into a celebration that gave me my health back.

I am using some gorgeous papers from Paper Temptress here.  The base of the card is called Gold basis.  The angel and the lace are layered in Crystal Mica/Metallic.   The image was printed out on Heavenly White.  The stunning lace is some that I acquired in Istanbul.

So excited to say that Paper Temptress is also giving away a prize, any Variety Package in their store!

Paper Temptress Mini Calendars

Here's some more of the super cute calendars that I create and gave away to fellow friends, teachers and church members.  I am using beautiful papers from Paper Temptress on these projects along with some cute images from Taylored Expressions and Unity stamps.

Clockwise

1.  The first calendar is using some beautiful Basis paper in Aqua mounted with a layer of Hambly studio overlay in Teal Vintage, a part of Hambly Overlays Kit 1 or 3.  I then used some Silver and mounted a cute tag on top.

2.  I stamped an adorable Grumplings stamp and sentiment from Taylored expression onto a piece of Heavenly White paper and mounted it on Hambly Studio Overlay Pink Mini Graphs, also available in Hambly Overlays #3 kit.   The base of the calendar is black glossy paper.

3.  The base of the calendar is Silver.  I used a wonderful Hambly Studio Overlay Magenta on Edge, and mounted a cute skelly heart on top.

4.  I stamped a fun bird image from Unity stamps onto Neenah Solar White Classic Crest paper and mounted it on black glossy paper adding a cute matching button.

Voodoo Valentine

Here's a brand new stamp that just came out by Bloobel Stamps. It's called Voodoo Valentine.  I love this creepy cute image! Check him out in the Bloobel store HERE.  Too cool huh?  Think about all the great colors you could make him.

Paper Temptress Mini calendars

Here's some more of the adorable calendars that I made to share this year using beautiful papers from Paper Temptress.  The calendars are quite small, so the overall projects measure about 2.5" wide and 3-4" tall.  I used various stamps and some gorgeous papers on them.

(Clockwise)

1) I am using some shimmery silver as the base and top layer underneath the Dia De Los Muertos button.  I then added a small piece of basis black and Heavenly white paper.

2) I stamped a super cute Grumpling stamps onto Heavenly white paper and layered it onto Silver.  On the bottom I am using  Aqua.

3) I am using Heavenly white as the base of the card and I stamped an adorable image from.  I think used a part of a Hambly Overlay called Magenta Décor Bits.

4).  The base of the calendar is Silver. I use a small sheet of  and put my stamped image on Heavenly White.

Clean and simple card

Here's a sweet and simple flower image from Tiddly Inks that I used for this card. I am using simple and elegant papers from Paper Temptress.  The base of the card is a very elegant silver that shimmers when you move it in the light.  There's a Tiddly Inks Challenge blog HERE

The base of the card is called Silver Ore.  I used a die cut to cut the pattern out on the right and then used some Basis Black to put behind the from layer of the card.  The image is printed out on Heavenly White paper and layered onto Basis Black.

Kitty Pilot

Here's a brand new stamp this month from one of my favorite artists, Sandra Caldwell. This awesome image is called 1940 Kitty Pilot.  Isn't he awesome?  Purrrfect for that cat lover or that pilot in your life!  I have also used some gorgeous papers from Paper Temptress on this card that just make the image POP right off the card.

The base of the card was cut from an 8.5x11 sheet of paper into a 5.5" square card. I am using some awesome shiny glossy cardstock called black pearl.  To accent the corner I am using some 1/2" strips of Mica/metallic in Antique gold.  The image was printed out in Heavenly White.

It's a Candy Cane Christmas

Here's a delightful winter card using a wonderful image from Artist Sandra Caldwell of Babycakes DND on Etsy paired with some gorgeous papers from Paper Temptress.  Doesn't the image just jump off the card?

The base of the card is glossy black cardstock.  Then I added a  Hambly Studio Overlay called

White Falling Snowflakes.  I trimmed the overlay to 6" square and used glue dots to adhere the overlay to the shimmery paper. Then I added glue dots to stick the buttons on the top side of the overlay.  The image was printed out on Neenah Solar White Classic Crest paper.  You could either add the image to the top or under the overlay, in this case I added it to the top using pop dots to give the card and extra dimension.

Bestie of Fall

Here's a wonderful Fall theme card using a beautiful image from Sherri Baldy and wonderful papers from Paper Temptress.  I just love this gorgeous stamp that you can get in Sherri's store, My Besties Shop.  The wonderful papers I have used can be found in the Paper Temptress store.

The base paper on this card is a beautiful yellow that has gorgeous speckles of mica all over it.  It glimmers when you open and close it and move it in the light, it's called Mangue.  The image was printed on Heavenly White.  Under the image I have a wonderful layer of Hambly Studio Overlay.  This gorgeous print I cut into a tag shape. This pattern is called Grandma's Wallpaper.  I am also using some beautiful ribbon from the store, Gold Oppulence.

Giving Thanks

Here's a Thanksgiving theme card that I made using some great stamps from Unity stamp company and wonderful papers from Paper Temptress.  The papers are just so shimmery that I wish the image captured the real beauty of them!

The sentiment and the pumpkin where printed out on Neenah solar white classic crest.  The base of the card is a wonderful sheet of Mica/Metallic in Flame.  I then used two layers of gorgeous cardstock underneath the pumpkin stamp, the black is actually a beautiful shimmery Incandescent paper called Nero.  Underneath the Nero is some wonderful Mica/Metallic paper called Citrine.
