Ho, Ho, Ho!

Here's an adorable snowman image from Robyn's Fetish stamps.  I thought this image just perfect for a Christmas theme card. I also added some great wooden Christmas trees and some great white Lace that I got while in Turkiye. (Have I told you why I spell it Turkiye instead of Turkey--well while in Turkey, the English spelling, it was pointed out to me that they dislike how there is the same word for their country as "THAT BIRD".  Since then I spell the name of their country as they do, to distinguish it from the bird.)
Any way, drop by the Outlaw Challenge on Monday morning, we have two wonderful sponsors giving prizes and I can't wait to see all the creations you make.  The theme is Anything Goes, so as long as you put a sentiment on the front of your card, that is the only requirement.  Cheers, Holley

I'm wishing for something cool....

Well, given that we have had a record number of days over 100 deg F this year, I am certainly dreaming of some cooler weather right now!  Here's a wonderful image from Robyn's Fetish that hits the spot.  This image is called Home for the Holidays. We are having a challenge over on the Monday Greetings at Outlawz with a Blue, Red, Green color combo.

As always, be sure and add a sentiment to the front of your card.  We can't wait to see what you create this week.  Cheers, Holley

Random Acts of Kindness

Here's a darling image today from Robin's Fetish stamps called Daisy Days.  I made this card for tomorrow's challenge at Monday Greetings Challenge.  The theme is to use flowers and create a spring theme card and of course, always add a greeting to the front of your card for the challenge.

So what is your favorite embellishment on cards?

I have to go back and forth between dies, ribbons, and buttons.  I also love brads ooo and flowers. Well, I am not sounding very decisive am I?  I guess if I had to put them in order, I would say I almost always use dies to cut out my images (but not necessarily as embellishments).  As embellishments I would say in this order: Buttons, flowers, brads, lace/ribbon.  How about you?

Have you signed up under the Feb 1st posting? it's the main candy draw for the entire month, be sure and sign up there (CLICK HERE).  Then go back and sign up on each day as candy hasn't been chose yet!
