Some Bunny Loves You

Here's the sweetest little bunny from Avery Elle, and I am using some gorgeous trim from Turkiye.  Don't you love it?  I have an ETSY store that sells Turkish lace and trims, it's called LacePlacebyHolley.  I just love going to all the amazing stores in Turkiye in the "lace district" it's amazing.  You wouldn't believe it, it's just store after store after store of nothing but lace.  I spend a lot of time there.

QUESTION OF THE DAY:

Perhaps it's obvious, but I love lace and trims as my go to embellishment.  I also LOVE buttons.  What is your favorite embellishment?  stickers? 3d embellies (Like Jolees), brads, die cuts (store bought, packaged like the Tim Holtz or Doodlebug variety packs), washi tapes, stamping?

Prizes haven't been selected for Feb 2nd, if you haven't commented there, go back and leave a comment.

Sweet as Maple Syrup

Here's the cutest little beaver that i turned into a fall theme card by using a brown background and some leaf embellishments.  I added the sentiment "You're as sweet as maple syrup."  How fun is that?  This cute set comes from Avery Elle.  Hope you all have a sweet day!

Smile

Sending everyone lots of Elephant Smiles today!  Woo hoo.  Isn't this stamp just TOO cute?  It just goes perfectly with the Turkish Lace.  Week 5 of school at this point, so everyone is smiling, well, mostly smiling MOST of the time.  Things are underway and running a whole lot smoother.  I know we are all happy here.  I hope that is true everywhere else.

Huge SMILES today!  Check me out on Instagram   https://www.instagram.com/holleybarnhart/

I really like you...

Here's fun stamp from Avery Elle along with a sentiment stamp from Sugartree Stamps (on Etsy).  I also added some nice Turkish Lace on the bottom of the card.  I will say, and have probably said it before that I usually don't drink much american coffee but I will have me some Turkish coffee, which shocks a lot of people.  it's way stronger and more earthy I guess is the word for it.  I just like it.  What super surprises people is I drink my Turkish coffee then promptly go lie down.  They are like, how can you take a nap after that?

Hope you are having a wonderful summer!

Perk Up!

Here's a great image from Avery Elle paired with some awesome Turkish Lace.  I just love lace with circles for some reason.  I really seem to gravitate towards it.  It's been so fun playing along in the coffee theme blog hop this week and seeing everyone's creations.  Well, it's Monday after spring break and we are expecting even more students, so wish us all luck.

Coffee Loving Papercrafters is having their weeklong celebration this spring so I will be playing along with some fun coffee theme cards each day!
