Coffee Day

  "Nothing stands between a girl and her coffee"  HA! How true is that?  I got this cute coffee theme stamp from Limited Runs and the sentiment comes from RubberNecker.  I thought monday was a perfect day for a coffee theme card this week. I can't believe we are at the end of April now.  WOW just four more days until May.

 Here's a great image from Limited Runs. I love their coffee themed images. Don't you?  I also added some great black lace to go on the card and at the bottom it says, "Life begins after coffee" with some cute little coffee bean stickers.

Frazzled Cat

Here's a great stamp from Limited Runs today.  It's a frazzled cat that's kind of the way I feel in the mornings, lol, though in Texas I am usually desiring diet dr pepper in the morning more than coffee.  But I will still occasionally take a donut please (hold the sprinkles).

Coffee not Lemons

Good Morning, Sharing this coffee theme card using a stamp from Limited Runs.  I added a sentiment tag saying, "When life gives you LEMONS, given them back, AND TELL them you want COFFEE."  Isn't that the truth?  well, I will say in Turkey though, they do fresh squeeze fruit juice right in front of you and it's so delicious.  I mean SO delicious.  Not only is the fruit better than what we get here in the USA but fresh squeezed, c'mon?

So now we are learning the numbers beyond 1-10 (bir, iki, uc (uch), dort, bes (besh), alti (alta), yedi, sekiz, dokuz, on);  the number for twenty is yirmi, thirty is otuz, forty is kirk

Coffee...now

Given all that is happening with my celebration ending and a ton of wrapping happening and trying to keep a hundred packages straight, I thought a coffee card was in order for today.  It just seems appropriate.  This cute stamp comes from Limited Runs.  

I did a huge amount of packing through the middle of the night Saturday and mailed out the following packages Saturday at lunch time:

Take the first step

I thought this was a powerful saying for what many of us may be facing, "Take the first step in Faith. You don't have to see the whole staircase just take the first step." - Martin Luther King  Sometimes it can be very hard to take that first step, esp for things like Brain Surgery.  I will regularly get calls from my doctor who asks me to speak with other patients who are facing the decision of surgery or who maybe just want someone to talk to.  It's not something I would ever push someone else into, but I can tell them how fortunate my experience has been and how amazing that doctor is.

Attitude of Grattitude

Here's a fun image from Limited Runs digi stamps.  I adore their stamps.  She has everything from quirky to cute.  This lady just catches my fancy. I really want to use her to go with the funny sayings that come from my Grumplings stamps from Taylored Expressions, or other funny sayings, but for this occasion and to match her blue hair, I decided to go with this cardstock sentiment, "Attitude of Gratitude" which seemed perfect for the celebration this month.

Oh, speaking of gratitude, I was super excited yesterday to find out that I won at The Cat's Pajamas Tuesday Challenge.
