I'm so grateful

I thought this was just the perfect card to end the month on.  I am so grateful to all of you who are celebrating with me and so very thankful to all the wonderful sponsors who provided prizes this month.  Thanks so much for all your support year after year.  Please think about all those around you who suffer from Epilepsy. It's an often quiet issue that unless the person is having drop seizures, it is unknown how hard it is on the person.   I am very thankful to have had multiple brain surgeries that have stopped most of my medical issues, including my seizures and their side effects.  Huge praise to Dr Aboumatar and the wonderful staff at Austin Epilepsy.

This adorable stamp is from Unity Stamps.  I am totally enamored with this particular artist and have gotten a bunch of her adorable sets.  I am also using a great piece of Turkish lace and a cute little flower embellishment that I bought at some store in Istanbul.

Last Question of the day:  any other fun things you like that you want me to know?  any requests?

Have you checked the winner list today?  click here

So, What happens now?  OK, so Friday I will post a card in the morning like usual, and by tomorrow evening will post the final winners of today's posting.  Late friday evening I will post a grand prize listing of all the bigger items and goodies like giftcards to stores.  Then come the following day, the crazy part starts which is filling up packages and getting them in the mail!  Each day I hope to be posting a list of who's package got into the mail that day.  So keep your eyes on the list each day.

It's us who are so grateful Holley...to you for always inspiring us and for sharing your story. We have a family friend right now who is suffering from uncontrolled seizures after having a stroke several years ago and it has really affected his life. I'm glad that you have been able to overcome your epilepsy through surgery and medications and wish you a lifetime to success!
Thank you to the people who donated prizes, and to you for this fun month of giveaways and card shares. I love this adorable Unity stamp and card...especially that cute little dog.
As for requests, I will love anything you send but am especially hoping for cute animal stamps and dies, or one of the Tim Holtz Crazy critter sets. Cats and dogs are always on my list, and I love vintage school themes. Thanks for an awesome time Holley!!

It's been a lot fun everyday coming to your blog and being inspired by you.
We are all blessed to have been a part of your celebrations.
All crafting is fun and relaxing, which is why we do it, and any new product or brand is always a new adventure to embark on.
All the best for the coming year of good health and happiness.xx

Thank you for the fun filled month and for gathering all the wonderful prizes you are giving away. I've enjoyed all the cards and projects you have shown.
The little girl and dog are very cute and the coloring and color scheme you chose is perfect.
Growing up my family we always had a dog in our house. Now my pets are 2 Calif. desert tortoises, 44 years old now.
Blessings to you for another seizure free year.
Love the lace you used on this card.
Can't wait to see what you send to me. I am having fun working on Easter cards and making lots of Easter embellishments too. If anyone would like some, I'd be glad to send them out to you.

What a darling card! Love the sweet image you used and that lovely Turkish lace! I've enjoyed your blog posts so much and am also thankful for your generous giveaways and to the sponsors too. Happy that your surgeries have been such a help to you and I also want to wish you a very healthy future!
About me, I am crazy about my Siamese cat, Coco. She rules the roost here! I have 2 birds also, Clyde the cockatoo, and Little Bird the Sun Conure.
I love making cards and using stamps and dies. I started stamping in 1986, when my daughter was in pre-school! I'm fairly new to digi stamps and not the sharpest on the computer, so it's a bit challenging for me but I am learning!
I retired 3 years ago from my job as a bookkeeper at a local grocery store, so I have more time now to craft!

She is soooooo precious! I have really been enjoying seeing each new days card that you have created! I also would like to say how very happy I am for your wonderful blessed recovery too! You are truly a very special lady! Hmm fun things that I like? I love anything Coffee, Mermaids, Fairies, Cats, Butterflies, flowers related for card making! I also seem to have a major addiction to washi tape big time!

Thank you for a fabulous month! I am so happy to help you celebrate another seizure free year. Your story is so uplifting and positive that it can't help but be an inspiration. I donate a lot of my cards to local nursing homes and hospitals and always hope to bring some cheer to someone who needs a pick-me-up. Many seniors don't have family or regular visits, and always enjoy a handmade card and note.
I love stamped sentiments, vintage images, sewing themes (great for cards for seniors), and cute animals like dogs and cats. I am also always looking for teddy bears and rabbits and would love to toss my name in the hat for a Mama Elephant set! Your cards this month were all so beautiful, and your coloring skills are just wonderful! Thank you again Holley!

What a beautiful card and perfect sentiment! The colors, embellishments, and lace are perfect together. Your continued health is a wonderful reason to celebrate and it is wonderful of you to share that with us. Your cards and upbeat attitude are an inspiration- thank you for that daily “fix”, and thank you and all of those who are sharing the amazing prizes. I send birthday, holiday, sympathy, and just because cards, and am always on the look out for masculine stamps/dies, sentiments for all cards, and embellishments. Thanks for such a fun month!

Hi Holley. Wow, didn't February whizzy whizz past. It's been such fun visiting your blog and seeing all your wonderful creations and celebrating this awesome milestone with you. I hope that you continue to go from strength to strength and I know your story inspires other facing difficulties in their lives. I love dies and real stamps, I do cute and real and spooky and scary, love animals and birds and under the sea, but probably have enough flowers and butterflies. Anything you feel like sending will be just perfect and please do strip off any packaging so it is flat and light. Stamps and thin dies are pretty sturdy items although I did once receive a monkey from Cheery Lynn bent like a banana!! A couple of runs through the big shot and he was good as new. Hugz

Even if we don’t win a prize we have had the honor of being a part of the best prize in the world... Celebrating the health and victory over death by an amazing woman who is full of inspiration and love for others! You are still with us because you still have so much left to share with the world and I don’t mean material things!
Your card is beautiful and I am honored to be able to celebrate with you over the last few years! My wish is that your celebration goes on for many more years! Thank you for letting me be a part of this awesome event!

This is a beautiful card and the sentiment is awesome! As I have told you in the past, I have a cousin who is just a few years older than me who has had epilepsy since she was a teen. Unfortunately due to other health issues she is now residing in a long term nursing facility. For quite awhile she worked in a newsletter for the facility but now she has trouble typing so she isn’t doing that as much. I am so happy for you that you have been blessed with great doctors who were able to give you the relief from seizures so you could have the quality of life you deserved.
I love crafting, although I have not been doing much lately due to personal reasons but when I do I love using cute stamps - children, animals, old ladies. I also am a tea drinker so teapots and tea cups are always fun for me.
Thank you and all the companies who do generously provided the awesome prizes for this year. I know this takes a tremendous amount of time and effort to put together and I love that you share this special time with all of us.
Thank you again and hugs.

Adorable card. Thank you for sharing your talent and special month with all of us. I wish you many more years of good health.

As far as any special requests, I have none. I do love to make quilted cards and love scraps. That's the reason my room looks like a tornado has visited it. I like embellishments, peel off stickers (particularly borders and lines) and embossing powders. I don't really need dies or stamps.

Thank you again for sharing this month with us.

Such a sweet and beautiful card! Thank you for bringing awareness to epilepsy and sharing your story. I have thoroughly enjoyed your celebration and wish you many years of health and happiness. I love to make cards, I'm much better at completing small projects than large. I have so many partially completed large projects of all crafty types. I enjoy new techniques, stamps, dies, inks and embellishments. Thank you!!!

Today's card is gorgeous! I heartily agree with the sentiment. I am glad to have you here. You inspire me!

I am just a little ink crazy right now. I'm trying new things I've never tried before, and trying to use colored inks more. If I was going to wish for any "extracuricular" thing it would be ink.

This really is the best card to end the month with, and this is such a cute image. I had dogs in the past but can't have one now, so that little dog is the next best thing. What a great milestone for you, celebrating your 9th year of health. Next year will be ten years and I imagine that will be a real occasion for you. Thank goodness for medical advances that made this possible. Thank you for such a fun month of inspiration and cheer.
My only requests are for dies that aren't too intricate because I have trouble gluing tiny pieces. I'm also not a very good colorist so people stamps are also difficult for me, but I do love cats, dogs, animals, nature, and images like the TE set A Glimpse Inside. That's about the extent of my coloring skills. I will be grateful for any prize that I win, and will put it to good use.
Thank you again and here's to another healthy year for you!

Wow time flies and this February is no exception! Thank you for all the wonderful cards you’ve shared as well as all the wonderful sponsors that have contributed to helping your celebrating and most of all letting folks know about that there is help out there for those suffering for seizures.

I had a really bad scare recently and almost lost my female Australian Blue Merle Shepherd, veterinarian still has no idea what she came in contact with. I ended up having to administering IV’s at home to keep her alive.....Just thankful she pulled through, she’ll be 9 this August I tell ya they are your furry kids and loved ones.... I was a mental wreak!
Thanks again Holley for a fun month celebrating You!

Holley I have so enjoyed celebrating with you over the last several years. My granddaughter has suffered from brain damage for 2 years now from an accident and has "mini" seizures, headaches, etc. Your results give me hope that she can also be "cured" someday. As for requests, I think I've made enough, lol. Although I am incorporating more stencils in my art these days. Thanks for a fun month!
